Jenkins gave me an estimate of the demo project within days of the bid request. No other contractors submitted bids within a week of Jenkins. Once I approved the job, the crew began work promptly. Mr. Jenkins even personally worked with the utility companies and local government to acquire the permit and disconnect utilities. Once the city issued the permit, Jenkins finished the job in less than a week. Excellent work, exceptional management support, and an amazing value for the work conducted. I’d definitely hire Jenkins Construction again.

Substantially knowledgeable and professional . Mr. Jenkins saved us thousands on an issue that came with a home we purchased by assessing the problem correctly and not giving us inflated prices or adding other “issues” that most companies would in order to pad their pockets. Mr. Gary Jenkins has been steady and professional in construction for many years. His remodeling of numerous properties have been seen first-hand, as I have been the one to take before- and after pictures of his properties. The attention to detail was very strong, and the crews he works with have been professional and courteous.
