They did a great job siding our home. The crew worked hard and made sure everything was to our liking. After the siding was put up they made sure that they cleaned up after themselves. Painter is to come later but so far we are pleased with what your company did for us.

Great people to work with, very fair on pricing and also they established a great relationship with the insurance adjuster to make everything go very smoothly. They did the steel roofs for six buildings on our small farm and they all turned out great!

After a recent hail storm, we noticed damages to our shingle roof at our vacation home in Omaha. We reached out to JDM Roofing, and from the first call, the experience was excellent.

Doug was knowledgeable, honest, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He even helped walk us through the insurance process, which made everything a lot less stressful.

The team got started right away and showed up when they said they would. They replaced the damaged shingles and made sure everything was sealed up properly. It’s been weeks (and a couple storms!) since the repair, and we haven’t had any issues.

Doug and his crew did a great job — professional, friendly, and left the site spotless. Highly recommend them if you’re dealing with roof damage.

It took very little time from initial contact to completion of the work. Doug Otteman was there to deal with the insurance inspector and dealt directly with the insurance company. It made the process work very easily. We had some shingle repair, gutter/leaf guard replacement and complete siding repair done. The siding only took 2 days. Recommend highly.

We’d been putting off getting our roof fixed for close to a year after the hail damage was done, in part because I was having a hard time dealing with another roofing company. From the moment I got in touch with Doug, I was able to breeze through the process of getting an inspection, working with insurance, and then getting everything fixed up.

Doug was super communicative every step of the way and even helped work through the process of filing a supplemental claim to make sure insurance covered all of the work that needed to be done.

Hopefully we don’t need another new roof for a li by time, but we’ll be sure to recommend JDM to anyone else who does!

If you are looking for an exceptional roofing contractor, I highly recommend working with Doug and his team at JDM. One of Doug’s strengths is working as your advocate to help settle your claim with the insurance companies. His knowledge of building codes will help you when the insurance company denies your claim. The JDM team is comprised of seasoned experts who can ensure your roof will be installed with the highest standard of care. JDM replaced my roof and gutters last fall (2024). I am delighted with the quality of installation, the team’s responsiveness, and their efforts to settle my claim in a timely manner with the insurance company.
