Adolfo tgave us an accurate estimate ahead of time for a sink installation we needed done. He was prompt, arriving when he said he would and got the job done at half the price we were quoted by a different company. He was friendly and informative, gave us great information about some other questions we had also. Would definitely use his services again!

Drywall repair project. Good as new. Great attention to detail - even saw that the original paint was low-VOC and made sure new paint was as well. I'd forgotten to mention that.

We had leakage under the kitchen sink and I have called few companies before I got to Adolfo who was able not only offer very reasonable price but also fix the leakage at the same day. Two stars for being responsive to begin with but then they requested pictures before giving me an estimate. So I took the time to go out and take two very clear pictures of my small project for them and texted them. I waited but never heard anything back. So later I texted and said their review would be based in part on how quickly they get back to me. Instantly I get a reply saying they are no longer interested in my business. No other communication. I wished they would have been straight with me if they never wanted my business to begin with. Would have given them lots more business as we have other projects needed on our house. They wasted my time.

Our drywall was badly damaged by water recently. Adolfo did a great job installing new insulation and drywall for us. It was a large project. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He clearly communicated his work plan upfront, arrived on time each day, and kept us informed every step of the way. His work is high-quality, and we are very happy with the results. Definitely would hire him again and recommend him to others.

Adolfo was awesome! We had a repair job that no one seemed willing to take: we had water damage behind our water heater and needed new drywall put up after water mitigation was complete, and it seemed like the water heater would need to be disconnected. Most companies we contacted thought the job was either too big for them or too small.

Adolfo got creative and was able to just drain and slightly move the water heater away from the wall without fully disconnecting it. We have tenants in the house and wanted to reduce stress and inconvenience for them, so that was a huge relief. He was also able to troubleshoot an unexpected issue with our water heater, which saved us from having to get a whole new one installed. It's hard to overstate how stressed I was about getting this whole water damage ordeal over with, so having Adolfo be so knowledgeable and transparent meant a lot.

Our tenant also reached out to me to say, "I just wanted to let you know he was fantastic. He was super nice and communicative. We so appreciated that he stayed until he made sure everything was working."

After a water damage incident in our basement laundry room, we needed a bunch of drywall repair and new flooring. After a few months of going to the laundromat, we decided to get the laundry room repaired first.

Adolfo gave reasonable timelines and estimates for everything and we were impressed with the amount of work he got done everyday as a 1-man team. He's a genuine person and just wonderful to work with. He did a great job with the drywall and tiling the laundry room.

(Unfortunately I had to remove one star because the last day when he applied texture to the drywall, he didn't cover any of the light switches/plumbing/electrical outlets so the flecks of texture got everywhere)

Update: Adolfo reached out to address my concerns and offered to provide additional cleanup. Many contractors would either not respond or give excuses so I updated my rating :)

I had a major water leak in my house that caused a lot of damage to the drywall, paint, and carpet. I was in a bind and needed to find a contractor who could fix it as soon as possible. I contacted Adolfo, who I found online as a drywall installation specialist, and he was quick to show up to my house to provide a free and reasonable estimate of what the cost would be. He also offered to do the painting and carpet replacement, and he was very helpful in suggesting other contractors for the air duct damage we had. He was the only one who did not ask me about insurance and gave me an exact quote for the project. He also provided me with an itemized list of the cost for each service, which I really appreciated.

Adolfo and his team started working on my house the next day and finished everything within a week. They did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with the results. The drywall, paint, and carpet look flawless and match the rest of the house perfectly. The workmanship was high quality and they cleaned up everything after they were done. Adolfo was also very accommodating and explained every part of the process that I had questions about. He was very professional, friendly, and honest.

I would definitely work with Adolfo again in the future and I can easily recommend him to anyone who is looking for an independent contractor who is not looking to maximize their profits through insurance claims and is expedient and quick while maintaining high quality results. I recently hired JD Remodel & Repair to perform maintenance work at my house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
