We have not used this company! We were however driving in front of one of the companies vehicles and he was all over the road, cutting people off, and trying to speed past people. We had to move over due to being concerned the driver would hit us with our kids in our vehicle. If you are going to be on the road in a company vehicle, I expect you to represent your company even while driving.

We had a new roof within 2 days of meeting. Very good at explaining the insurance process. James made it very easy for us. The roof looks great!

The morning AFTER Thanksgiving, James came out , inspected and made the repairs, no problem and very reasonable.

The folks from JCI were awesome. I called them after one of the big storms we had recently because i was certain i had roof damage. I thought i was going to need a new roof. James’ team came out the same day i called... inspected my roof and told me i did NOT need a new roof but instead a simple repair to the ridge... which they did right then. I appreciated the fact that they were quick, priced well, and didn't sell me something i didn't need. I give them my highest recommendation.

James diligently worked with my insurance whose adjuster only claimed 1/3 of the damage. He was very thorough and made sure to get all of the damage done by the hail storm. The new roof, gutters and other roof accessories are better than the original. I also asked him if he could do some wood rot repair on my chimney and the far exceeded my expectations! Fair price, quality roof, etc. My chimney cap was one component that needed to be replaced and he had to have it specially made. It looks really sturdy and not cheap like my old one and will be good for the lifetime of the house. I can't recommend this business enough!

James handled a lot of the communication with my insurance company regarding payment and pricing. He took time to explain a type of repairs and adjustments he was making to my roof. We've not had the best of luck with other contractors for household work. We knew nothing about roofs but James was recommended by some friends. My roof was totaled in March of this year by a hailstorm. I was getting ready to sell my house soon and James reroofed it right away. His crew did an excellent job, good cleanup etc. One week later we had another major hailstorm. The insurance company came back and charged me another deductible. James worked with me to absorb the second deductible, and I got another quality roofing job with no deductible.
