I called JCC roofing for a quote on replacing my roof. Drew came and explained everything in detail and would submit a quote to my insurance company. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend!

Did an excellent job on my new roof. Had it completed in a short amount of time. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. Several months later I had a small issue with the roof that was not the fault of JCC, called Dana and she had someone out there that day to take care it. Would recommend this company.

I was supposed to have Chad coming to my place on Wednesday to give me a free estimate for our roof repair . He seemed very knowledgeable and nice over the phone however, when the time came for him to show up, he rescheduled saying that he would need to go to another site location ( lake Murray ) probably a more expensive job since they have million dollar homes there .He ultimately ghosted us and never showed up .

Our roof was damaged from a hailstorm while we were out of town. Chris from JCC performed the inspection, met with the insurance adjuster and managed the whole process for us. They are knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend.

Field Rep Caleb was nice at first and even fixed one of my Pipes on top of the house however; during Hurricane Helene was causing havec on my roof, I reached out to Caleb to tell him the situation, he was sympathetic at first but when he sent me a photo of one of their trucks in an accident I inquired whether or not that it was a recent picture. The next day he sends me a nasty text message saying he didn’t want to do business with me anymore, I thought It was in poor taste in dropping a customer or potential customer over an inquiry. Even after explaining myself and apologizing about my question. But I thought at least he would come out and fix what he fixed or repair in the first place.. Don’t think I will be calling them back again or recommending them to anyone after that ordeal and to a Retired Army Vet of 24 yrs of service.

Chad, Kyle and Caleb, were so easy to work with. Caleb took control from the start and was my primary contact. Caleb surveyed my roof, met with insurance adjuster and coordinated all of the work. Everyone arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would do. Their crews were courteous, hardworking and left my home the way they found it. I just can't say enough good things about this company. I would definitely use JCC Roofing again and would highly recommend them to others.

First class company from beginning to end. Caleb was very helpful working with the insurance company. The workers and quality of work are first class. The job was completed in a very timely manner and clean up was exceptional.

An incredibly disappointing experience with this roofing company. Paid $53,000 for a new roof and had issues throughout the entire experience. Work was delayed during the process which lead to leaks and internal damage to our home, a chimney cap was never installed properly, and the company insisted on being paid in full before we could have the roofs final inspection which lead to threats made by the companies attorney that if final payment was not made immediately they would put a lien on the house. After caving into paying the final amount, come to find out recently that an independent inspector found missing flashing which has caused even more internal damage that must be repaired. This all has to be covered out of pocket. I rarely have run into a business that has been as difficult to deal with and with this lack of care. Having to pay thousands of dollars to remedy the initial situation, and now having to hire another roofing company fix mistakes that were made is just unacceptable. JCC roofing was recommended by our insurance agent who has since apologized profusely since. I would advise considering other options if you are in need of a new roof.

Your team did a great job on the roof and clean up - our roof looks awesome. Also, we asked about your gutters and Corey was able to coordinate that as well. We were very pleased!

We had a roof put on recently by JCC roofing and could not be happier. Caleb and the entire team at JCC were great to work with and they made the process seamless for us. We had hail damage from a recent storm here in the Midlands and didn't realize it until the roof inspection was completed. Caleb found the hail damage and dealt with our insurance company to get the roof project approved. I highly suggest getting a bid from JCC whether you suspect hail damage or just need a new roof in general.

Caleb Backman was very thorough and helped with the process of getting a new roof. He took the time to help get the other issues on my house that were caused by the storm. Also my roof looks great! I would recommend JCC roofing.

Corey with JCC Roofing was AMAZING!!!! Best experience ever!! He is the epitome of great customer service! JCC roofing was awesome. I had leaks in my roof that I wasn’t aware of and even caused a significant amount of damage to our guest bathroom (thought it was from the shower). Mr. Caleb Backman came by and found what was causing it and shortly after had a new roof and helping me get all of the other damage fixed! My husband said it well but what he left out was Daniel McCain was great. He answered every question (sometimes twice) and never seemed annoyed. He has great since of humor but always the professional. He knew I was concerned about nails and made a separate trip out to check again. We contacted JCC Roofing when we noticed a leak in our roof. Chad and Corey responded immediately and came out for an inspection. Because of their knowledge and experience, they didn’t just focus on the leak, they inspected the entire house, top to bottom! We had way more damage than ever expected - majority of our roof was rotten, causing a leak in and around our chimney, damaging internal walls, water collection in our crawl space that caused mold growth. We felt overwhelmed with where to start and how to pay for everything.

JCC Roofing relieved all our worries by walking us through every step and dealing with our insurance company. Because of the hail damage Chad and Corey discovered, they were not only able to get our roof replaced, but they also replaced our gutters, installed a new attic ventilation system, repaired the damage to our chimney and installed new flashing, repaired damage to inside walls (including paint), and replaced our old skylight because it was also damaged causing a leak we never even knew about. They did ALL of this and got it ALL covered by insurance, even helped getting the mold remediation services covered.

Manuel and his crew are also top notch! They are some of the hardest working guys, extremely respectful and professional.

Jon-Michael Hudson was our project manager. He took great care of us and was very detail oriented as well as timely in his responses. The crew did a great job and the roof and the clean up.

I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. Gave this company a call to check out my roof. Based on the age of the home, I was sure it was time for a new roof. After inspecting the roof, they told me the roof still had several years left but there was an area over the kitchen where a previous repair made by another company had gone bad. The fix was inexpensive and I could handle it myself to save money. I was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. I would definitely call JCC Roofing again if needed.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was for our family. From the point we inquired about addressing the leak in our ceiling, to the resolution which involved a beautiful new roof, gutters, ceiling repair and painting, the service was second to none.

Mr. Johnson personally inspected the ceiling and roof, met with the insurance adjuster, and worked with us throughout the entire process. His teams were courteous and masterful in their work. Shingle samples were delivered to us for selection, and when the roof replacement day arrived, not only was the work done quickly and expertly, there was no debris left anywhere.

In addition, Mr. Johnson inquired about my husband’s prior military service and if he suffered from PTSD. Since this was the case, he suggested my husband not be present during the process because the sound of the nail guns could cause trauma.

This type of personal care and concern is not something that is seen every day, but it does make a company that regularly practices it stand out. I would recommend JCC Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof. I have no concerns about the quality of the materials or the labor that was required.

It’s been about a month since our roof was installed and Mr. Johnson, once again, expressed genuine care and concern by following up to make sure we were happy with the work and offered to address any concerns we may have at this point. While there is a price associated with the materials and labor, the most valuable asset is the heart of this company. Thank you!

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't not give a huge shout out to Corey Starnes and Ryan Young at JCC Roofing. Quit reading and book Corey to replace your roof now! When 2 other roofers couldn't get my roof replaced, these guys said they could do it and never looked back. They did battle with my insurance to get it done, and the entire process was so smooth, I literally was blown away at how easy they made it from the inspections they conducted, to meeting with the adjuster, to the correspondence with insurance, to scheduling, and even the day of the roof replacement was flawless. As I walked outside at end of day to take a look, I was blown away to have my lawn and landscaping look like nothing had even taken place that day, literally, nothing was out of place. I was shocked. I kept waiting for an issue to arise, but it never did, and in the end, I'm so happy with the finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone in South Carolina.

JCC Roofing installed a beautiful red tin roof for us on our home. We added a second story during our renovation and because of this the roofline had to be adjusted, as well as remove the old roof. The crew was prompt, kind, meticulous, and extremely hard working— all during the Columbia summer heat. After the roof was installed, and the seasons changed, we had to tinker some with the ventilation in the attic, but that was addressed and completed in a timely manner. We’re elated that JCC Roofing could help us with our roofing needs and heartily recommend them.
