We used JBs Roofing to install a new layer of shingles in 2018. We were told that we had a 5yr warranty.

In selling our home, buyer's inspector flagged the workmanship of the roof installation. We had a retired contractor review the inspection report as a favor. He agreed that the roof work had been sloppy and needed correcting. We reached out to JBs and forwarded the inspection report.
Even with this, they denied that the roof needed work. Claimed the warranty was for two years and they would charge us for any updates.

I cannot recommend any contractor that endorses sloppy craftsmanship and doesn't want to correct mistakes.

JB's has been a super understanding, professional and courteous business. From answering the phones to having my roof installed, they've made this process easy and helped my anxiety go down. They did a fabulous job on my roof at a very fair price!

Called to get roof check to determine if roof had water/weather damage due to high winds in the area i live and they wanted to charge me $150. When everyone else was advising there was no charge. Unless your getting a quote to for sure replace do not recommend this company.

I had called and was advised otherwise when I called by the lady I talked to.

Got a couple of other bids as well and JB's was not only competitive but more complete as to process and materials. When weather cleared they were prompt in getting out and getting the job done, did a great job on clean-up. Have already recommended the a couple of times. They followed through and answered calls and questions promptly and professionally, unlike some others I talked with.

JB's did a quality job on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up following the work. They were very easy to work with.

I have a duplex in Boise, 125 miles away from where I live. I called JB's, asked for a bid, they sent it to me. The bid was very competitive so I had them do the tear off and roofing. The job turned out perfect and the bill was exactly what the bid was. I would defiantly use JB's again.

Very professional and timely, did a great job and took great lengths to ensure all trash and materials were cleaned up. They even followed up periodically months later to ensure all was well.

I have used and referred JB's Roofing multiple times. They are very competitive with their bids and they do a good job. The last job was on one of my rentals. My long term tenant said they were very courteous. When I checked on the job they did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a 25 year old home with the original roof in need of replacement. I had to pay for this myself so I got several bids with an eye for value. Ron's bid came in very competitive and did NOT require that I spend an afternoon listening to some high pressure sales pitch for an overpriced product. I selected JB's and am very pleased with the product and service I received. The scope of the work involved removal of all old roofing and underlayment and installation of a new architectural grade roofing system. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they left my yard just as clean and neat as they found it. I would highly recommend them.

Ron is very nice and followed through with his promises. The actual job went well and the guys did a great job on our re-roof. It looks wonderful and it's nice to have the relief of it being done.

The only two issues were when the job was complete even though there were tarps put down, the workers left a lot of nails on the ground. That was one thing I was concerned with in the beginning since we have small dogs. We used a magnet and picked up two handfuls of nails just in the front yard alone. I also got a nail out of the mouth of one of my dogs.

The other issue was the gal in the office. I had called the office on three occasions with concerns. The gal acted as though she didn't care and had no desire to help. Hence, one of the concerns was finally handled by the foreman here and the other one was handled by a nice young man who answered the phone when the gal wasn't in.

All in all, the actual roofing job was done great and as promised. I totally recommend this company. Honest, reasonable, reliable, and for the most part awesome customer service.

Easy scheduling, fair prices, no surprises. These guys are very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The roof job from hell, is what I tell people, took over 3 weeks, 2 years ago, I caught them doing a lot wrong things multiple times, and I am the home owner up on the roof finding problems. Another roofer said , by him self he could have done it in less than a week. sorry no stars, 2 years later the roof vents rubber on all vents completely gone, the sun shredded them. Better look on your roof if you had new roof in 2017 and 18, the vent co will come and fix. call a distributor they'll hook you up.

Worked great. Come out again when we sold the house to make a correction. The we found out the correction was not needed from them but they fixed it anyway. Great customer service. Would use them again for sure.

We just looked at the finished product at our property on 2580 East Bernice in Meridian. All of our expectations were met and then exceeded!

What a great job by the whole team at JB’s! It started with a fair / honest assessment and estimate from Ron. Stacey was on top of the scheduling and flexible with the payment terms. The removal team showed up and did a great job of respecting the property and insuring that all of the material taken off was removed from the site. Finally, Able and Daniel worked tirelessly until dark to get the new roof on even though Pacific Supply tried to throw a wrench into the monkey works. This morning we went by after Able and Daniel had completed the ridge cap and we were very pleased. If I had not witnessed it myself, I could not tell where the old roof stopped and the replacement roof started.

Friendly, professionalism, courteous company that has been in our valley for many years, that takes great pride in the work they produce and they follow through. I was one of the unfortunate ones that lives with a HOA that isn't quite sure what they want. Replacing my roof not once but twice. When the gentlemen came the second time they questioned the color and called before they began laying another roof that I may have to tear off and replace at my expense. I have also used them for my business roof. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to anyone, and I do. No mess left in the yard or around your house, and they were in and out in a couple of days.

Ron walked the roof and inspected the roof attic space as well. The bid was detailed as to what was to be done, and within the time frame estimate for completion the crew stripped the roof and stacked the new shingles one day and installation was the next. No fuss no muss; have these guys do your roof.

Jb's Roofing reroofed one of our commercial properties in Boise. They were honest and upfront when the weather kept pushing the schedule back. They also did a small repair to hold us over until the complete roof could be done. And that repair was a lifesaver. Since my property management company is in Tempe, AZ, I am happy to have found Jb's to care for my roofing needs in Boise.

I give them 1 star because I can't give them zero to review. We got a simple layover that took over a month to complete. Two large leaks resulting in severe drywall damage. Multiple visits to "fix." No attempt to replace vents or caulk around them. Unfinished corners. No attempt to clean up debris that fell. I'd hire an eight year-old before I'd even let them on my property again. Avoid AT ALL COSTS.

These guys reroofed my townhouse last year and I couldnt be more thrilled with the results. It was a tricky situation. I was selling my house, but the attached neighbor wasn't willing to do his portion of the roof. The condition of the roof was so bad, I had to do something. I had a few bids come in and these guys were the only ones who had a reasonably priced solution that I knew would not cause issues for the new homeowners or my previous neighbor.
When they came out, they got straight to business. They ripped off the old roof and felted in one day and did 95% of the shingles the next day. The third day, one guy came out, buttoned up everything and cleaned up the site. I was shocked at how clean my property was. I went to clean out the gutters, since they must have had a ton of asphalt fron the old shingles. They were spotless. I couldnt believe it. I would absolutely reccomend these guys to anyone.
I left my information for the new owners in case there was an issue with the roof during the warranty period. With the nasty winter we had this last year, I didnt hear anything from them, so I assume it held up great.
