This was my first experience with needing a new roof so I had a lot of questions. Michael was excellent to work with and guided us through the whole process, including working with our insurance company. He came to our home to inspect the roof the morning after contacting him. The roofing team had our roof up within one day of work and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Our new roof looks beautiful! We highly recommend this team to others.

A storm left me needing a new roof last September, and a trusted friend referred me to Josh. Great experience.  In March,  a nasty storm came through and gave my house another beating. Before I could even check for damage,  Josh was reaching out to me to come see if everything was good. It was not.

After talking to my insurance adjuster and reading reviews on a few roofing contractors, we decided on accepting the repair bid from Josh from JBM Roofing. We had just gone through having a trash can catching water coming through roof and the quick response and professionalism made us feel much better that we would soon have problem behind us. Josh worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure we had quality products and service. Didn't have to wait on crew the day of roof replacement. Went outside to move car out of driveway at 6:00am and crew was already waiting in street to get started at 6:30. Was very professional men working on roof and gladly answered any questions they could during install and Josh and his son answered the rest, as they were checking job a lot during day to see if the men needed anything like wood for roof repairs ( yep, 20 board feet of ). Crew was done about 12:30 with replacing roof on our 1200 sq ft house and spent hour cleaning up so that when they left, other than a great looking roof, you would not know they were ever there. Definitely would use again.

Josh wasn’t out for my money. He didn’t push me to get a new roof. He gave me his honest opinion on the condition and life the roof had left and recommended repairing it saving me thousands of dollars.

Update : I had a small issue come up after high wind, a piece of my fascia came off in an area of the house not associated with their original work. Josh and his crew at JBM roofing werr amazing! We had quite a few questions before having our roof replaced but Josh was great about answering them all.
When it was time for the work to be done his crew was sitting in the driveway waiting for the sun to come up so they could start working. They completed tear off and replacement on the house and garage plus installed 2 skylights in less than 7 hours.
I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
