What an outstanding group to work with. Great communication throughout, which given all the insurance claim gyrations, is necessary and much appreciated. I recommend everyone I know, that needs a roof, to them. A+ folks, all the way!

My wife and I spoke with three different contractors and Jeremy and JB Exteriors ended up being the last one. My wife's cousin whom knows Jeremy well spoke highly of him and the company. Much like everyone else in O'Fallon - we sustained hail damage from a recent storm. The roof itself-two layers was stripped and replaced in eight hours including clean up. The siding repairs by Don took longer but we also upgraded our home with six inch gutters and enclosed the soffit and fascia out of pocket. Don was meticulous! He was what I term as an old school tradesman you'd see in the eighties on This Old House. He takes great pride in what he does and is easy to chat with and very respectful and professional. Mind you - my wife and I are very particular about our home. We have worked extremely hard rehabbing it since moving in eight years ago. Jeremy, Don, Sherri jumped through every hoop we threw at them with reassurance we weren't a bother at all and did an outstanding job on our home. We'd hire JB Exteriors again in a heartbeat. Give them a chance and you'll be glad you did! They went above and beyond for our family!!

I've used JB Exteriors exclusively for my roofing and siding needs for a couple of decades now. They've roofed and sided numerous homes for me, my family and friends. James and his people do great work. Their service is second to none. They always make sure that we are completely satisfied. I wouldn't trust anybody else.

Sherri and Jeremy are the best and very easy to work with. Jeremy kept in contact with us through the whole project. They did a complete roof replacement, siding, window, and gutters. Jeremy was very upfront with cost and product details. Sherri took care of all the finances and even tolerated the insurance and mortgage companies delays. I have recommended them to several others and will use them again, if needed in the future.

I needed to close on our new home which needed a new roof badly. Homeowners insurance would not allow us to close without a roofing contract. Jeremy gave us a bid in 2 days which was the fastest and lowest bid. After closing the roof was installed a week later. Jeremy was friendly, professional, and always available for questions. Crew was also professional and friendly. The crew worked from daylight to dusk, replaced a lot of delaminated old plywood and finished it in the morning. Was a great, no hassle experience. HIGHLY recommended.

A hail storm came through over a weekend, two days before we were supposed to close the sale of our home. We were unsure of the extent of the damage but at least some shingles had been blown off. I reached out to my insurance agent who reached out to JB on my behalf. Within twenty minutes of me talking to my insurance agent, on a Saturday, I was called and plans made for him to come out on Sunday to assess and repair the roof. Over the phone Jeremy was professional and genuine, and I felt comfortable that the assessment he would do would be fair and accurate. My insurance agent also vouched for their integrity and professionalism. The repair ended up needing to be minor and everything with the home sale got back on track. While I’m glad the repairs were minor I would hire them for any exterior project based on the qualities they demonstrated.

JB Exteriors replaced the roof on my home. I worked with Andrew and he guided me through the insurance process and made sure I understood how everything would work. Everything went smoothly leading up to and including the install. The crew was on time, polite, efficient, tidy...they did a great job and the roof looks great and functions perfectly. The addition of the ridge vent makes a noticeable difference on these hot days. Thank you for my new roof!

They were fantastic! My husband and I called at least 15 roofing companies trying to get our roof inspected. JB roofing was incredibly responsive, they came out quickly and didn't hesitate to document their findings for us. They were honest when they had an opportunity to drum up a repair that another roofer told us that we needed (but didn't really need). We so appreciate their honesty and will be using them for all our future roofing needs.

Exceptional service! Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the steps needed to assure us there would be no leaks. They repaired the hole in our roof, and they installed a vent in the attic for us. There were lots of homes needing storm repair in the area. Even though it was a small job they still found time to get us on the schedule. Most companies would have brushed this job aside and chased the big money jobs. Was impressed from the start. Knowledgeable people, discussed options, brought samples, and answered all my questions. Pricing seemed fair. Careful work by the team, and they cleaned up perfectly after the work was done, I highly recommend JB Exteriors.

One of my down spouts had fallen off. I had called 3 companies for bids. the other companies would not come out unless I bought gutter guards from them. JB Exteriors did not coerce me; came by early the next morning, put the downspout back on. The gentleman was efficient, kind, friendly with a sincere smile. Really made my day to do business with an honest and knowledgeable company !!!!!!! I highly recommend them.

Team did a great job. Roof was leaking and Jeremy came out at night and put a tarp on my roof until the weather would let them get to the roof.

They replaced my roof 4 years ago I had some issues couldn’t find my documentation. I called they pulled me up apologized for the issue (probably weather related since it was only on one side of my house) and fixed it the next day! Can’t believe how well they take care of there customers I will be back and recommending them.

JB Exteriors came out on short notice, in the rain and replaced some rotted wood, and put up some new fascia for me. Their crew did an amazing job, and the price was amazing. Definitely will go with them for any further exterior jobs. Job well done and thanks again!!

I can't say enough great things about this company! My roof was leaking terribly. I had been cheated badly by another roofer who installed my roof incorrectly...it was a nightmare. Years of misery followed with slap dash repairs and excuses. Finally I decided that cutting my losses and installing a new roof was my only recourse. I was leary. Scared. Who to trust? I called three different companies for bids. One company sent a salesman who didn't even look at the roof. The other was "ok". But...JB Exteriors owner, James, showed up himself to look at my roof. He walked the roof a very long time. When he came down? He brought photographs of what he had found. He explained in great detail what was wrong with the roof, how it should have been installed, why it was leaking, and then explained exactly what should have been done in the first place, what his crew would do, and answered all of my many questions with patience and a smile. When I received the bid? It was also the lowest bid with the most explanatory detail. I called to accept the bid and was put on the work list with a start date of approximately 2 to 3 weeks depending on weather. It rained a LOT this spring. Five days after accepting the bid, I received a phone call saying that they knew my roof was actively leaking and they had decided to move me up on the work list. That they were coming in 2 days. I was stunned. How considerate. I hadn't even asked.
The crew showed up right on time. They were professional, friendly, and didn't mind that I nervously kept looking over their shoulders while they worked. They came to me and asked if I had questions and patiently answered them all. By that afternoon? I had a beautiful new roof! I just LOVE it. We've had rain since it was installed...not a single problem.
Another plus? I called several times with small questions...about choosing shingle color, where to move my cars, things like that...and what I noticed? They always promptly returned my calls. Excellent customer service. I will be singing their praises to anyone who asks for a recommendation for work!

And they also cleaned up every day after they were done. I had no problem with referring them to friends and family - all of which were just as happy with their results.
