JB Construction and Remodeling

Jb counstruction did an Amazing siding replacement, we was tired of the regular look of old vinyl siding and wanted to update our house to wooden shake siding, they were also able to help us with our fascia eaves replacement with a beautiful black metal.

This is the third project I have utilized
JB Construction and Remodeling. We added to the rear of our home to have a dedicated room for dog creates and storage. In addition we now have another very nice outdoor covered sitting area to enjoy our fire pit and family activities.

This is phase 1 of our project. We plan to glass the back making a four season room.
The 12’X15’ room for dog creates will be a future laundry room and butchers pantry.

I had a tv nook remodeled in my living room. I also had some holes in my drywall patched up. I asked them to leave it ready to paint, & they delivered. The estimate was free. There was only one small hiccup which they told me about as soon as they encountered it. They gave me an updated estimate in no time, & my final bill was that price. No surprise over budget bill, & they were even able to finish in the original timeframe. Also, they got this project finished on my schedule, & less than a month after I first contacted them.

Was very satisfied with the new deck they built and fixing the dormers for me. I would definitely use them again. They were good at addressing any concerns I had and fixing any issues i had.

I had a great experience with JB Construction. They were very professional and handled my concrete tile roof which was an anomaly for the area and very difficult. I would definitely use them again.

JB Construction went above and beyond when it came to repairing/replacing my vinyl siding due to the recent windstorms. They were with me every step of the way working with the insurance company to get what was needed and doing the job timely. They showed up when they said they would, and they completed the job just as timely. I will be using them again to complete other projects at my home. Thank you for the professional job!
