Jay's Home Improvement renovated my whole house. Walls, floors, completed a bathroom with walk-in tub, tile floors, toilet, cabinets, shelves, all electrical, plumbing, installed heaters, light fixtures, ceiling fans, hardware, ice maker, windows, waterline. They were even nice enough nice enough to install me window blinds. They're very respectful young men and traveled to Florence for Huntsville. Highly recommended

I'm late on doing this review. Before, I did review, I wanted to make sure the repair job of ceiling was good. During Fiber install, they stepped down on my ceiling and "cracked" it. Jay's Company did the repair. It is great. Popcorn and all. So, appreciate Jay&Big man doing a great job. I'm very particular. I would recommend them to anyone .regarding sheetrock

Jay and his crew fully renovated a home for a family member of mine! My wife and I oversaw the project. They were professional, timely, business oriented, receptive to our needs, and did an outstanding job! Jay was very prompt with his replies by email or text. I highly recommend them!

They were very professional from the moment I spoke to them on the phone. The quote was given and I was told the days they would be working. They were at my house at those given times. I did my walkthrough and anything that I had questions about was addressed. They did an excellent job! I’m happy!

These guys go above and beyond. They fixed an emergency plumbing issue that turned into a minor home renovation and did so in miserable conditions! It literally rained the whole time they were working. We will be calling them again and would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. They do good work and are very affordable!

They were punctual and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on. He also showed me where the previous contractor cut corners and cost me more money not to mention time wasted. At the end they finished a half day before expected! I plan to use them over and over again with future investment properties!! Satisfaction guaranteed

I desperately wanted a nice outdoor space to sit out and relax without all the that the south has to offer. And when I tell y’all they did an amazing job. I am sooo happy with their service. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or better their space. 10/10. The enclosed my space installed a light and fan and worked so proficiently. I mean just look at how beautiful it is!!

If I could give this business less than one star I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced!!! Fence building is NOT their specialty so don’t even try to get that type of service. Don’t be fooled, they should have DECLINED the request! My mother should have known it was janky from the moment the owner wanted to charge to give her a quote! Usually a fence would take 2 days max to build out but this company took several. Most of that time was trying to figure out what to do! When they were finally questioned about the major gaps in the board the contractor got irate and quit on the job. When my mother asked about the deposit that she paid prior to them coming out they said nothing. Did not respond to the request of her receiving her deposit. They took 90% of the material that she paid for and quit 10% into the job. The level of unprofessionalism is WILD! After they quit we had an inspection done because we needed someone to fix the terrible job that was done…. The inspector advised that the post/fence be knocked down due to:
1.) the spacing between the post
2.) The post weren’t in the ground far enough. (12 inches)
3.) The height of the fence was more than 6ft
4.) THE FENCE WAS OVER THE PROPERTY LINE!!!!

All of which was told to the contractor, when they were questioned about these issues the contractor quit! He was frustrated because he had to fix what he messed up. He did not check the property line before stating the job while the customer was out of town (which makes no sense!!). Why would you begin a job if you didn’t know where to place the fence?!?? That is CRAZY! Now the customer is stuck paying someone to fix these issues on top of rebuilding the fence. The contractor is refusing to respond to the request for the return of the deposit. Bottom line STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, OVERPRICED, AND THE WORK IS TRASH!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
