Bryce and his team were great. He was available via email, text or a phone call for any questions. They made themselves available to be at my residence while the insurance adjuster was inspecting my roof and made everything very easy. After the completion of my roof I had an issue with my insurance company missing a small payment that I did not receive. Bryce confirmed it and emailed the adjuster to ensure it was taken care of. After having my roof replaced only 5 years ago and having a somewhat unpleasant experience with another company where I felt like I was the general contractor and had to watch over everything, I was completely hands off with Jax Roofing. I highly recommend them.

I usually resist writing reviews. But I felt compelled to do so now. To start, Brian, the salesperson, was professional and educated in the industry. He walked us through the whole process with patience and kindness as he answered all of our questions and concerns. He was well versed in his communication with my insurance representative. As a result, anything that may have been questionable was completely replaced due to his in-depth knowledge of the business.
On the day of the roof replacement my interaction with the crew was also a good experience. They were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. Again, all were professional at their craft and it showed by their insistence on the highest of quality in the work performed. The final job was second to none. I know, because I’ve had my roof replaced years before.
A special mention for Bryce, the owner. Again kind and understanding as well as extremely knowledgeable about the business. He was able to secure and add all new skylights to the job, which the insurance company was not favorable to do so. All four by the way. I just wanted to share my experience with Jax Roofing with other consumers who are considering using their services. The process from beginning to end was very straightforward and easy. I was well informed about different products along with their advantages and possible disadvantages and was able to choose the products I wanted without feeling pressured. The team was able to come out to my property and get started sooner than I expected. I was surprised how well they worked together, how clean they left the property, and how they went above and beyond to fix any potential issues when they found them. Very professional. Worked with our insurance company to process claim. Installation crew was very efficient and cleanup was above what we expected, Hope to never have another roof installed, but if we do, Jax would be the first call.

We had a great experience with Jax. They worked with our Insurance company to obtain full coverage of a roof and gutter replacement. The crew were able to finish the roof in 1 day, then a few days later the gutters were also replaced the same day.

We called Bryce with Jax after a hail storm to do an inspection for potential damage. He responded immediately and scheduled a convenient time to come to the house. After finding damage on both our roof and our gutters he came to the house a second time to meet with our insurance adjuster. We had some delays with our adjuster but Bryce kept in touch and as soon as the needed paperwork was received he moved us to the top of the list even though the delays were no fault of his company. While the crew was here Dylan came to make sure they had everything they needed and that they were able to do the job. The work was completed in one day and cleanup was very thorough. We have recommended Jax to several people and will continue to do so.

I got James's number from my neighbor who had their roof replaced. He came out and quickly looked at my roof and found no damage and took pictures to show me that it was in great condition because I was worried that my neighbor had theirs replaced and mine is about seven years old. He gave me peace of mind and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him in the future. It was worth the call since the inspection was free and my neighbor was very happy with the work they did. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend Jax roofing for anybody needing roof repairs or replacement. We manage apartment complexes and they have done everything for us from making minor repairs, to doing a full tear off and re roof of an entire apartment complex. They are prompt to get back with quotes, and Bryce does a great job of following up during the entire process from start to finish. If you are going through insurance for your repair, they are fantastic about dealing with the insurance company directly, and taking that portion off of your plate. They take extensive pictures of the condition of the roof prior to starting work, as well as during the repair process, and after completion. On top of that, the roofing crews are always tidy and are very thorough about clean up during and after the job is complete. Nothing worse than having to go around and pickup old nails all day long after a roofing job, and that is not something I have to worry about when we hire Jax Roofing for a job.

Working with Jax Roofing and Bryce was a pleasant change from some previous experiences. Bryce is quite knowledgeable in the entire process from beginning to end, and helped us at every step. The tear-off and installation crew were very efficient, and took great care not to drop debris or other Mariano’s onto our shrubs and plants. They took care to drape drop cloths over anything that could potentially be damaged, and took extra care to go over our lawn multiple times collecting nails and other bits from the tear-off. We are now working with Bryce to have them install a new roof on my wife’s business Bayberry Spa in Downtown Greenwood also! Would highly recommend Jax Roofing to anyone for roofing and gutter repairs or replacement!

I had a great experience with Jax Roofing. I called them to check on my roof and gutters. They came out and gave me a free inspection Brian came out and told me my roof was in great shape showing pictures of the roof and also cleaning my gutters out because he noticed some gunk was blocking the water from getting out. He also told me my roofs age by looking at something on the roof and was completely accurate with my paperwork. I will definitely call again if we get severe weather in the next few years!! I highly recommend.

I had a very sneaky roof leak causing damage to my living room ceiling. Several contractors looked for it and told me it was an anomaly, nothing they could do. However Bryce & his crew wouldn’t give up until they found the source. They even came to my house when it was raining so they could track down where the water was getting in! It took several visits but they found it and fixed it for a very reasonable price! Grateful they took the time to help me when others wouldn’t! Highly recommend Jax Roofing!!

I used Jax Roofing as they were highly recommended from a neighbor who had used them. Bryce was fantastic to work with. Although it wasn't really his responsibility, he took the lead with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered. Made everything easy for us and the end product looks great!

This company is the only company I will use from now on for any roofing repairs/installation. I had two ridge vent caps missing on my roof from possible wind damage. A starling (bird) had made a huge beachball size nest in my attic thanks to one of the missing caps. I cleaned up the nest and Jesse and Bryce installed my new caps two days after contacting. These two gentlemen are friendly, polite, transparent with a speedy response…the epitome of excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Jax Roofing enough.

New review Mar 2025- I sold and bought a new house that needed a new roof. Of course, I had Bryce with Jax help me out again. We had some hiccups with the adjuster for my claim disappeared (left the job?) after saying that they weren’t going to pay for a full roof replacement. Bryce worked with my insurance company and got the full roof replacement approved. My new roof was installed today and they did a great job protecting my landscaping and cleaning up afterwards. They were here before 8am and finished by 1pm. I am so glad to have my roof replaced and not have to worry about that. Bryce is easy to work with and very responsive to texts and emails.

Aug 2023 review- Bryce with Jax Roofing Indiana was very easy to work with and walked me through the insurance claim process. He communicated each step, notified me when we might have to push out for rain, showed up on time on the scheduled day, and was done within a few hours. He sent me photos of my finished roof since I wasn’t able to come back out. If I hadn’t seen the crew removing the shingles and saw the new roof when I got back, I wouldn’t have believed they were there because they left the outside of my house so clean. Thanks!

Bryce and Jax Roofing helped us with a new roof after our home sustained wind damage from a storm. Bryce was extremely helpful when it came to dealing with our insurance company, guiding us every step of the way. Initially our insurance company only wanted to cover about half of the cost to replace our roof, but Bryce was able to show the insurance company that matching existing shingles was not possible which led to our insurance company covering nearly all of the replacement cost.

The roofing crew who completed the work was on time, professional, and courteous. They started just before 8am and were all finished by early afternoon.

We recently moved into a new home and Bryce and his team came out and did some repairs to the roof. The chimney needed rebuilt and they were able to come and get it done quickly! They kept me informed during the process also which was great. Bryce has also come and inspected our roof for any signs of leaking, which has given tremendous sense of peace! Would highly recommend!

Our roof was 17 years old and we recently had wind storm damage. We lost a couple of shingles and few other were flopping around. The insurance company wanted to fix the shingles which were discontinued several years ago by the manufacturer. This was the first time I was replacing my roof and had no idea what to do.

I contacted 3-4 roofers and Jax Roofing stood out for us. They were very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. They guided me through the entire replacement process including back and forth with the insurance company. They also fixed the missing shingles while we were battling the insurance company. After about a 3 month battle, the insurance company agreed to pay for the entire roof minus my deductible.

The roof replacement was completed in a day by their crew and it was professional job. After the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly and went around the house with a large magnet to pick up any metallic debris. They removed our patio furniture and put it back when they were done.

In conclusion, there is no way I could have had the insurance company pay for the entire roof. It was entirely due to Jax Roofing’s help and guidance that I was able to do so. During the entire process, I found Jax to be very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them.

Jax Roofing responded to our request for service in a very timely manner. They were professional and prompt with scheduling an inspection. They inspected our roof and found the damages. Then they came up with a plan to repair my damaged roof and gutters. They did a phenomenal job and it looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had them come to estimate fixing storm damage. The repair was fast, accurate and affordable. This is the only roofing company we will use in the future.
