Brad staples and Mark Gent both were helpful beyond measure. They both took the stress out of getting the repair completed. A+++++ ! Janney roofing is lucky to have such professional, personable and caring associates wearing their brand.

Gary Duncan was a great and honest and hardworking guy.
I suggest the contract to be written little less aggressive and more fair.
Not being responsible for any damages to my house sounds scary.
Also, I do not like 15% penalties if I go with another roofer.
To your credit some roofers are even at 20%

Ted was amazing to work with for my roof replacement! He explained everything and answered all of my questions promptly.

Janney replaced our roof in April. While they did a great job on the roof itself, I now have missing paint chips in my ceiling that expose nail heads in almost every room in my house. My husband contacted Janney about this as it needs to be patched and painted. They tried to deny any liability although it happened as the result of their work. After pressing the issue they sent a contractor to come and take photos and said they would submit it to their insurance. It's been 3 months now and the only communication we have gotten from them is when my husband has reached out. Janney was very proactive working with insurance and in touch when they wanted to get our buisness but now they are quiet. Don't use Janney unless you want holes in your ceiling.

Ted did a great job overseeing and following up on anything and everything. He kept his word or promise every time it was given. He also made himself available anytime I had a question either on the phone, text message or in person. My new roof looks beautiful and when the work was finished, he was the last one to leave, making sure that the clean up was done properly and complete.

We had an amazing experience, Ted went above and beyond throughout the entire process and the new roof is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Dennys and his crew arrived when Annette said they would and six guys worked hard (like 11+ hours) to get my roof done in one day. They even replaced three pieces of decking, not because they were water damaged but because they were warped. After the last storm we had some damage in my neighborhood and I I wanted to get somebody out to take a look at my roof and see if I needed any repair. Chris Buckmaster came out and checked my roof and found I didn’t have any significant damage (luckily) and recommended I don’t make any changes at this time. It shocked me to have somebody come to the house, be so professional and NOT try to oversell me on something. Chris was extremely polite, dealing with my wife and mother-in-law(I had to leave early for a meeting). When I do need a roof, these guys are getting my first call. Outstanding.

Replacing a roof can always be a stressful time. Not using Janney Roofing. Other than picking out the colors and paying the bill, I really didn't have anything to do. One of the easiest home repairs I've had to deal with. Would recommend Janney Roofing 10/10.

My experience with Janning Roofing has restored my faith in the roofing industry. Mark was the project manager and he was always on site, extremely knowledgeable, and respectful. We have a mansard roof, over 5000sqft, that has given us many problems over the past few years. Several roofing companies were hesitant, if not afraid, to tackle the project and Janning made it seem effortless and almost a pleasure, if there were such a thing in roof replacement. I decided to call Janney Roofing when we noticed a stain on one of our ceilings. They had done a huge job for one of my neighbors and they highly recommended Janney to us. Enter Brad Staples, who climbed into the attic and then inspected the entire roof. Happy to say Brad found that the leak was caused by an A/C duct over the stain and didn't see any further concerns. Told me our roof was in great shape after the storms! What a relief! Brad Staples was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. This post is long over due and I apologize Janney Roofing Company.

Going to try to keep this post short but will be hard due to sooo many GREAT things I have to say and people to Thank.

We experience Roofing damages from few months ago when the ridge vent blew off. We noticed this after bad rain storm and then started to see water dripping from ceiling in kitchen and in second story family room. After back and forth with home insurance, we were given a referral for Roofing company.  Janney Roofing was our second referral and when they step on the scene they started and took care of everything.

We gavee them permission to speak to home insurance company and they did all the work.

They worked alongside their network and had Kyle Cox from AquaGuardMitigation to place a temporary tarp on the hole in our roof that was exposed. Kyle is AWESOME. He came to our home and explained what was going to happen and had his team to put up the tarp and secured to minimize any additional water damages that had already began inside to roof,  walls and ceiling. Week or so later, I had to call Kyle again to reposition the tarp due to the insurance Adjuster moving it to take pictures and not fixing it back causing water to  reenter the hole with the rain storms that we were having. Kyle once again showed up next day with his team and fix the tarp with no additional charges.

Kyle worked along with Mark (The Contract Coordinator) at Janney Roofing kept us in the loop on what was happening and delays on the insurance company.

Meanwhile,  Kyle had us to pick out the colors of the shingles,  style and etc..  He even reminded us to review our HOA guidelines and get approval if needed which we listen to him and did which was a BIG help.

Annette (Customer Service Manager) followed up with us via phone, email and text to see if there was anything that we needed.

Finally we got the all approval from Mark and paperwork was signed and reviewed and Mark even help us and had contractors to come out to give estimates on interior ceiling and wall repairs that is needed.

On 8-29-24, Our home received a Brand New Roof from Janney Roofing and the work was completed in 1 day. The workers were very friendly,  fast and professional. I stayed home the whole time to monitor the progress and even watch to see if they were going to cut corners and they didn't. They replace areas on the roof that was soft and closed up the vent on the front porch that was not needed and even installed 2 additional ridge vents on the rood that was not there before but had the location already in position from previous home developer and was never installed. And this is a new we home built 2019 with only 1 owner.  The yard was cleaned up and trash removed.

I even left their signage on the front lawn long after they left to advertise to.our neighbors and community the great work that was done (even though I got a memo from HOA to have the sign removed but I kept it up for another week anyways. I was proud of the work done and the company.

Basically,  Kyle and Mark found all the issues and corrected then and more.

We are very pleased and happy and words can't describe our gratitude for their services.

Our delay for this post was overdue cause our son was hospitalized for almost 3 weeks due to sickle crisis and we were also dealing with other family issues while still caring for our 3 other minot children.

Nevertheless,  Annette followed up with us and even just recently with a hand written card telling us that our son is in her prayer.

Kyle left us a magnetic finder for us to use if needed and will later pick back up.

Mark followed up by sending interior another estimator since other company price came in a bit higher then what our insurance will cover

So nothing but GREAT things to say about Janney Roofing and AquaGuardMitigation for their services and going up and beyond their role

Brad Staples did a great job guiding us through the whole roof replacement process after the tornadoes in Tallahassee in May

I live in Tallahassee Florida. Back in May a tornado damaged my roof and gutters. Janney Roofing identified the damage, helped us throughout the claims and permitting process, and closely supervised the roof and gutter replacement. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Hopefully I will never need to replace a roof again, but if I do I'd choose Janney Roofing.
