Through a few miscommunications and mishaps, I was notified by my home owners insurance company that I had ten days to replace my roof or lose my insurance! We recently purchased a home that had a new roof installed by a different roofer that has gone out of business since installing it last year. During a recent storm, we were shocked to have what appeared to be a leak in our new roof! I called Roof Now late on a Saturday evening, and they returned my call first thing in the morning. Since it wasn't a major leak and the forecast was clear that day, they came out first thing Monday morning to take a look. It turned out to be a siding issue on one of our dormers so we need a carpenter to repair it, but if we ever have roof problems in the future, Roof Now will be the first ones I call!
