James Sears Construction Co. has not finished the roofing jobs satisfactorily. I used this company to replace a metal roof with a new Mueller R-Panel roof. I had a lot of concerns during the time that I was available to watch the replacement progress. My real problem right now is that the company will not respond to repairing a sloppy finish work. The roof is dark green in color and the company used a white seal caulk at several areas (not all of them) where the flashing and the siding meet. Result is that the new roof looks shoddy. There were some other troubles but they are covered up.
