Jagris Roofing Recommendation

My wife and I both are excited to share with anyone about our experience with Jagris Roofing. We received wind damage when a microburst passed through on August 2, 2024. It took 15 minutes for the storm to come through, start to finish. It went from beautiful sunshine to gray clouds, pelting rain and wind like I’ve never seen in 29 years of living here. We had so many sticks, twigs and tree limbs throughout our yard and looked up at our roof and saw missing and lifted, curled up shingles. We had an uneasy feeling about the roof. We made an inquiry to our insurance agent and they gave us a list of several contractors to contact. We contacted Jagris Roofing and Joe Haney, their representative almost immediately contacted us and made arrangements to meet with us. He came out and inspected our roof, and found sufficient damage to proceed with a claim to our insurance company for consideration. Joe's knowledge and previous experience with roofing matters made our experience one of relief and confidence in what was to follow. He helped us to initiate an insurance claim for approval making the entire process effortless on our part. He was thorough in his explanations of what we could expect each and every step of the way. Initially, our claim was only partially approved to replace 93 individual shingles. Joe went above and beyond to show how replacing individual shingles would only incur more damage to the roof. Joe and his crew advocated our position with video support and we ended up having the entire roof replaced. Roofing samples were provided along with additional recommendations for our consideration to improve our roofing ventilation. Joe and Jagris Roofing became a true friend through the process from start to finish. Everything Joe told us in the beginning of our process came to pass just as he said it would. He came to our home numerous times just to reassure us of the process taking place. The materials arrived and were professionally installed. I was amazed to see the professionalism of the crew and their attention to detail. The roofing was complete and the crew departed without one scrap of material left behind. We were excited to see our new roof with the ventilation changes and colors we requested in place. Joe truly made this a stress-free experience. His hard work, expertise and integrity, and Jagris's commitment to provide an expedient and professional roof replacement made for a great experience. It was a good overall experience, but I especially enjoyed working with Robert Wallace, who helped me through the process. I have a very limited schedule, but he was able to do everything virtually to save time. Robert had excellent communication skills and was knowledgeable about the entire process, which was the opposite of working with other roofing companies.
