I called for a very small slate repair that needed to be completed quickly before the sale of the home. Jack's was great. They squeezed me in, did the work as promised and their price was very fair. I think that Jack's is the only company to call to repair a slate roof! THANKS JACK"S!
Such a refreshingly responsive and honest company. I put down a deposit but then was not able to work with them due to an issue with my existing solar panels and they sent a full refund, no questions asked. Also when we were picking shingles, they were very responsive to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. I was sad that we couldn't use them because our neighbors were also thrilled with them.
