Jack’s is a go-to contractor. They did my partial roof replacement on task, on scope, on time, and on budget with high quality work and great attention to detail.

You couldn't ask for a more reliable roofer. Jack's Roofing helped me on two projects. One was for my mother's 1700 square foot flat roof home that had multiple leaks. The other project was for replacing the roof on an outdoor patio at my home. Jack took multiple pictures for both projects and gave a very detailed estimate. In each case the projects started on time and were completed on time. For the larger roof they also installed new skylights as well as adding two canales that were needed to ensure fewer problems in the future. I was so pleased with the caliber of the work that I will not hesitate to have them come out for a project on the exterior of my house which I hope to start this spring.

Professional, courteous communication and excellent services that included dealing with our insurance for re-roofing after the hailstorm on Oct 2, 2023 destroyed our roof, adding in scaffolding to ensure safety for his crew while working on our 2.5 story Victorian. John and his crew went above and beyond to also accommodate the rain chain installation. We are very happy with all services and the follow ups and check ins. It was such a pleasant experience working with a professional contractor who takes pride in workmanship and cares about results and the relationship with his clients. Jack and his crew redid our balcony with walkable roofing TPO. Previously we worried we might have drainage problems and he fixed everything. The crew was very professional and they stand by their work. We enjoy our balcony now daily!

We were referred to Jack's Construction by our General Contractor after our roof took a pounding from a sustained hail storm in early June 2024.

The head partner at Jack's Construction, John, arrived promptly and did a detailed analysis of the damage to overhead HVAC fins, skylights, solar panels and roof surfaces. He worked up a proposal with 3 alternate materials - giving us the opportunity to make an informed decision.

Jack’s Construction also undertook responsibility for replacing all but one skylights, combing the HVAC fins and warrantying any of the 3 chosen alternates for roof repair/replacement. They would also have their own crew remove and re-install the solar panels and air conditioning units should that step become necessary.

This multi-tasking competence was a welcome relief for us as we've previously faced difficulties scheduling and supervising multiple contractors who specialize in narrow niches.

Jack's Construction gave us a time table with start date and stayed true to committed schedule through out the project. Each gas line, electrical or internet cable, water drainage canal, corner and plain surface that experienced damage was fully replaced or secured using new material as needed.

Once the work concluded, cleaning was meticulous each day with crew ensuring no nails or sharp objects lingered on the driveway surfaces, all the debris was vacuum cleared daily and and at the end of the project additional cleanup and power wash was provided. We were asked to supervise the work done both on the roof and in the clean-up..

John's partner Sergio was present daily from start to finish while John attended to supply chain and regular check-in. Sergio would take pains to explain in brief or in detail what was being done and why, and would himself do a lot of the work with the specialist teams.

The involvement of both partners daily hands-on in the project was a source of great comfort to us as we never had to ask any other crew member to clean up or not be loud or do things a different way. They did not create superfluous work, and worked at least 12 hours a day until the job finished.

We found John and Sergio to be deferential and polite to a fault, but highly knowledgeable about their craft.
These are local men, they live with their families here, they are multi-lingual and manage crews of varying abilities and skills. They know their business - roof repair and replacement - cold. They manage their schedules as committed, are punctual and attentive to detail. They have never not followed up on any clarification or minor issue item that may have surfaced after the project was finished.

After 15 years we finally needed a replacement for our roof. Unsure where to turn we went to the usual big names around town. The prices and jobs that we were quoted were jaw-dropping. That's when we turned to Jack's Construction. Their quote was much more competitive and they were available day or night to answer any questions that I had. John himself was on site everyday overseeing the job and keeping me informed at every stage. I find him to be a very personable and reliable individual. I have nothing but high praises for him and his business. He will go above and beyond your expectations. I would hire him again without question.

The mighty NM winds took out our porch roof and Jack's came to the rescue, not only replacing it but finding the cause of leaks we had too. They went above and beyond.

John has taken care of my roofing needs for some time now. I recently met his new partner, Sergio, when they came out to check my roof for any needed repairs. If I have any concerns they are quick to reply and come out to make sure everything is ok. They are professional, provide prompt, excellent service and products. John and Sergio provided excellent service for us with our roof replacement! They are easy to communicate with, knowledgeable about different roof options, and fairly priced. They replaced our existing roof with a TPO roof, added better insulation under the TPO, replaced several custom-made tongue-and-groove boards that were rotten, and replaced our existing skylights -- all in one week. Their crew of 10-15 workers were all polite and helpful, and they cleaned up the property at the end of each day so our building didn't build up trash during the project. I've been fortunate to work with John on roof replacements in the past and when he started his own company I knew he was the person I wanted to work with again.
