I'd like to give a shout out to Jack, the owner of Jackaroo Roofing and Construction. We had some damage on our roof from last Friday's storm. I called Monday morning and his associate Glen came out that day and inspected my roof.
He put a temporary cover on the damage. Jack came out and fixed the roof on Thursday. He replaced the entire ridge on the peak of the roof. Both men were so courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient working at my house. I truly appreciate them coming out so quickly. I highly recommend using Jackaroo Roofing and Construction!!

Very professional company. Worked with Glenn and Jack. We were originally denied by our insurance but Glenn continued fighting for us until the process was complete! The new roof is beautiful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else besides Jacakrroo!

I called this company to come out and do an inspection for me. Jack came out and was so kind and walked me through the whole process. My insurance was being difficult and the office staff kept me updated the entire time. I now have a beautiful new roof.

We worked with Joel for our roof replacement. This was our first time replacing a roof because of hail damage. Joel was here when the insurance inspector checked out the roof. The whole process was explained and everything went according to the plan Joel laid out. We are very pleased with the end result and the ease with which it was accomplished.

This was our fourth roof due to storm damage in 33 years. Joel and the Jackaroo Team made it an easy painless experience. Joel was very diligent in ensuring that all damage was recognized by our insurance company, and it was very appreciated. Clean up was A++. Not a single nail was to be found on the ground. A few days after the job was complete we notice what we thought might be an issue. We contacted Joel and within 30 minutes he and Jack were onsite to evaluate our situation. Even though it turned out not to be issue with the roof they both spent time helping find the root cause. Thank you Jackaroo!

I highly recommend Jackaroo Roofing! They were very professional and honest and were wonderful about walking us through everything, including the insurance stuff. Not only do they do outstanding work, they are also very careful to make sure they are aware of all of the landscaping so nothing gets accidently messed up. They also do an excellent job cleaning everything up.

We had a storm come through our neighborhood on a Saturday. I had lost shingles on my roof, with more rain predicted in the upcoming week. Jack was at my house and had it fixed Monday momring! Making it so I didn't have to worry about leaks and more damage throughout the week. Jack sent me pictures, kept me informed of what he was doing and I highly recommend his work.

I met the roofer while he was in my neighborhood working on a couple other roofs after a storm. He offered to look at my roof too but was not pushy or throwing around any excess "salesmanship" but rather a simple polite offer.

I had noticed that there was a small spot that looked damaged on the back of my roof. He came over within a couple hours (after finishing at the neighbors) and he had my roof patched up in no time.

Before he did the work he gave a quick estimate that sounded like a great deal. When the work was done it came in a bit under that which was even better.

They were in my neighborhood and I asked them about a minor repair on some shingles that had come off - Owner just went up and fixed them on the spot! Other roofers wanted hundreds of dollars for the repair. They were very helpful and friendly.

Jack was always punctual. In fact he always arrived early for his appointments so that his clients never had to wait for him. He was patient, thorough and paying attention to details. He knocked every neighbor's door to give them heads up about the potential noises during the roof replacement and cleaned up thoroughly after the project completed.

Jack had a very efficient team of hard-working roofers. We were very pleased with our new roof and our beautiful new roof got a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors.

I highly recommend Jackaroo Roofing. Jack was extremely knowledgeable when he came to make the bid. He was able to explain the different shingle options, pros and cons of each, and didn't try to upsell me a product that wasn't needed. He even did a temporary fix where shingles were coming loose to prevent water damage until the roof could be replaced. He helped to call in the claim to insurance. His crew was here to replace the roof in under a week from the time we picked the color of our shingles. They did an excellent job, they replaced the roof on both our house and detached shop in 1 day and the roofs look great. They removed the shingles and underlayment to expose the plywood, replaced any rooted plywood, and then laid a fresh layer of underlayment prior to installing the shingles. This company does not take shortcuts and leaves an excellent product behind. They had all the trash and nails picked up before they left, which was important to me with young kids playing in the yard. I have already started recommending them to family and friends and will use them again the next time our roof needs replaced.
