These guys are professional and accommodating! They also installed my rain barrels and attached a connector so the barrels can be removed for the winter. My seamless gutters look amazing!!!

Team showed up on time and ready to get to work. Gutters were cleaned efficiently. Ground and any other surfaces affected by the debris were cleaned up. Can’t thank the team enough. Recommend to Everyone for all your gutter needs!

they were quick and professional but they damaged several of my plants around the house and damaged a small piece of the vinyl near the new gutter. Nothing major.

Al and his team were absolutely excellent!!! I wish I could leave them 10 stars. The owner and Jennifer (office manager) are super fantastic as well as extremely accommodating with busy life and work schedules. I had several quotes done, I do not tend to go with the cheapest because I truly believe you get what you pay for. Al was super engaged and did a pre and post inspection with me afterwards. All I can say is, J&A Exterior is simply, superior.

Best priced gutters I have found in the area. The team that worked on my house made the gutters on property and installed them in a short time. Install was clean and they did a great job cleaning up after installation. The new gutters make the house look better and the leaks are gone.

J&A were great to work with. When I originally called, Karen was so nice and friendly. She sent someone out right away to look at the issues we were having. Everybody showed up on time. The crew that was scheduled to work on the house we're on time and very friendly. They did a great job on replacing wood and fixing our Gutter and cleaning out all of the gutters around the entire house. I would highly recommend this company.

We moved out of state before we had a chance to put gutters on our home that we're renting out until we return. From the beginning J&A were professional and considerate, sent their quote right away, answered every question I had for them promptly, and didn't try to force any unneeded/wanted product on us. Their rates were fantastic for the quality of their work. They kept us updated every step of the way and sent detailed pictures when they were done which was fantastic since we weren't able to be there in person. I wish all companies were this comunacative and pleasant to work with. We asked our renters how the gutters looked/functioned and they told us that the gutters were working great and looked really nice.

Al came out to provide an estimate for my garage and was just the kindest person to work with. The young lady (I can't recall her name and will update this with it) who I believe is the office manager is also so kind, efficient, and caring! I haven't gotten my install yet but I'm a lover of excellent customer service and so far they are simply amazing! I have a feeling I'm in good hands with J &A Exterior!

I had the trim painted, any bad boards replaced, and gutters installed. Gutters installed in 3 hours. Painting and board replacement completed, painted, and sealed. Good communication with the office and scheduling. Showed up on time always. Use this company, you won't regret it.

This was one of the best experiences that I have had from a company. They came out, gave me an estimate to replace a broken gutter on the back of my house and I booked an appointment that day. A few days later, they came out while I was at work and had the back of our house done. We upgraded to a 6 inch gutter and it looks great. I paid the invoice online. I would highly recommend them for your all of gutter needs.

Luis showed up on time and got to work right away. When he realized he needed additional equipment for safety reasons, he immediately notified me and got me back on the schedule to finish the job. Clean-up from the gutter cleaning was completed as promised, and everyone was safe. The gutters on the back corner of our house are difficult to reach. I would recommend J&A exteriors for gutter cleaning, and would contact them for quotes on additional exterior work in the future as needed :)

The J&A team is top flight! Their work is impeccable and communication from beginning to end was spectacular…. I recommend J&A Exteriors to anyone in need of gutter services!

J&A had put up gutters on my new 30'x40' steel building last December, and I had initially provided a good review, as everything looked good from the ground. I noticed right away in the spring that my gutters were slightly pulling away from the building, and had issues with them overflowing at the opposite end of where the downspouts were located. Went up on a ladder to see what was going on and discovered they absolutely botched the job. Not enough gutter hangers and not placed in the correct location where 2x4 wood backing was located so screws just pulled out, screws for the gutter hangers were not long enough for my install, and the pitch of the gutter on one side was off, allowing about 3 inches of water to remain at the end opposite the downspout.
I contacted them on May 16th, and texted them pics and a description of what was wrong at their request. I heard nothing back and reached back out on on June 5th, got more runaround. On June 6th, was told the owner would reach out to me. Today is June 21st, I've still heard nothing.
Yesterday I went out and got 15 additional gutter hangers and 4 inch screws (they initially used 3 inch). Replaced all the 3 inch screws with 4 inch, removed gutter hangers that weren't anchored to anything, and added the additional 15 gutter hangers to what was already there. Fixed the pitch on the one side the best I could. I spent an entire day of my time and money on supplies to fix a job that should have been done right in the first place, and was ignored because they had already been paid. Tons of great reviews for J&A, and they may do good work, but they surely botched my job, and even worse, they didn't stand behind their work. I cannot recommend them nor would I ever use them again for any service they provide.

I had AG put up cutters on my garage, unfortunately one was leaking at the facia when the owner Jacob came. He took the gutter down and showed me my drip edge was not installed properly, then took the time to build a piece to install over the gutter to stop the leaking. And didn’t charge me a dime. Very polite, well mannered young man and was true to his word!

Very professional, honest and communicative. They did great work, were pontual, professional and communicated well. Jacob is a smart young guy, that has lots of experience already. He true to his words and has a great team working with him. Would definitely recommend and use again!
