My husband and I had to contact SERVPRO at 8pm for an emergency call due to a basement flood. The crew responded in less than an hour. Beck and the gentleman showed up with a positive attitude even at the late hours of the night and tackled the problem right away. Due to the severity of our flood, we had members throughout our home for a week. Steve, Beck, Mike, and Jordon are the few that came in and tackled the job with outstanding professionalism. They explained everything to us, called every time upon arrival, and showed up on time daily. We highly recommend SERVPRO and appreciate all of their hard work the last week. Great job team and leaders (Bryon and Dontez) for showing up and being very helpful with all of questions!

We had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting and working with Steve, Dontel, John, and Andrii. Unfortunate because of the circumstances of the mess we were working with. But, all of the employees we worked with were professional, courteous, not only to us, but to our belongings too, they spent long hours at the house, constantly working to make sure things were done correctly. I would recommend ServPro and this team in a heartbeat.

Byron the project manager was great within 24hrs he had a crew out to my place 1 1/2 hrs away with no hesitation and understanding. Also was able to get a plumber out on day 2 of my claim. Dontez and Mike where very professional when they came to take care of my water damage. They answered all my questions, explained exactly what procedure they were doing, very prompt, clean and respectful. Very happy with service thus far and relieved to have thier service being it's so hard to find help in my area to actually come out to my home and fix repairs.

Steve and Tom were very professional and thorough in their job performance remediating mold from my sunroom. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing! Dontez and Andre had my basement cleaned up in no time. Dontez always kept me up to date, . Answered all my questions so i would understand, very knowledgeable. I hired Servpro for water damage, mitigation they sent a crew out the next day to take action and upkeep my house so it would be safe for me and my 8 children, Dontez, Mike, Steve and Andrii were very well mannered, informational and worked vigilantly on my home until it was safe, dry and a healthy environment for all of us they even managed to make my home livable with all of the water damage we underwent and things torn up until we are capable of getting our home completely renovated 10/10 for this crew they were a saving grace!

Unfortunately I had extreme damage from raccoons. A+. To Steve, Dontez, Michael, Ardfeil & Becky are the team to hire to do the work. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable & respectful. After a substantial water leak in my basement, my SERVPRO in home technicians —- Dontez & his team, Michael and Andrii —- were prompt, friendly and professional. Dontez took the time to explain the process of the project every step of the way. He was patient in listening to and addressing my concerns. The questions that Dontez couldn’t answer, he contacted his supervisor to obtain the correct information so that he didn’t misspeak.

I was treated like a valued customer during the entire mitigation process. I would recommend SERVPRO of Port Huron along with Dontez and his team to my friends and colleagues should they require these services.

We unfortunately had to rely on their services recently with flood damage. Great company, professional, polite, great communication all around, and fast. Had 2 tree fall on my house. Shane my project manager had a temp tarp put on within a couple of hours of the trees removal.

We had an unfortunate incident of a bathroom flooding impacting two floors in our house. We’d never been through this before and ServPro has been fantastic at getting out to our home and getting everything opened up and dried. They have been informative every step of the way with my many questions. Davonté, Dontez, Steve and Andrii did a great job getting our house where it needed to be after this incident.

Servepro was very helpful and straightforward with the whole process and the crew was very friendly and made quick work of the demo we needed. I would definitely recommend all of the workers we had…Steve, Davonte, Shiann, and Dontez.

Dave Flood and ServPro did a great job bringing my carraige house back to its original condition after catastrophic water damage. Dave worked close with my insurance carrier, Jack Carmody from Auto Owners Insurance to make sure the work & payment was up to my best expectations. The guys who did the work were great. They showed up on time and worked diligently while they were here. Servpro of Port Huron, Auto Owners Insurance and the people with boots on the ground doing the reclamation & restoration have my best recommendation.

Work was completed on time and even though the job required additional materials, final amount only 6% over the quoted amount. They did an amazing job on tearing out our floor and cupboards that were damage due to the dishwasher leaking. Drying up the areas that were wet.

Had a sewer line back up over a weekend. Started first thing Monday and worked 3 straight (full/long!) days until our main floor and basement were completely clean and dry. Their crew was so hard working, in addition to being very nice and respectful! Dontez, Dan, Davonte, Greg, Steve & Nick - so appreciative of your work ethic and kindness! Best contracting company and crew we've ever worked with.

I had the amazing team of Dontez, Davonte, Nick, Greg, Dan and Steve. Communication was great. Received daily updates. Everything was explained well. Very clean and respectful of the property. I couldn't even find drywall dust anywhere but on the plastic they used to protect everything. And no mess left when that came down. Would I recommend this team to a friend or family? 100% yes!

I meant to write a review earlier. We had water damage due to an overflowed toilet which meant the upstairs and the main floor had damage.

They dried it up and then removed the damaged vanity, floor, ceiling, carpet/padding, etc. Quick and professional!

In the process… they cleaned up a piece of our kitchen tile floor that was already cracked and loose. That was a huge problem. They did send a small check to go towards a new kitchen floor which we were grateful for.

Responds to my calls always stays in touch. Communication is great! Byron is the territory manager, the crew was; Beau, Dan and Steve. They were great! I appreciate what they have done for me! A lot of my anxiety has vanished! Thank you Servpro!
