Joe's crew recently replace my aging roof of 25 years. You have seen their signs along 1& 9 near Newark airport for many years and along Rt 22 in Green Brook so you know they have been around forever.
Joe's quick to respond to any questions or concerns, from estimate, to material selection, to install, and to just about anything, even after the install. The crew was professional and cleaned up all the debris after the job is done so all you need to do is sit back and relax and enjoy a worry-free new roof for the next 25+ years. All work done right in less than a day. It's not just me saying so, ask all my neighbors that Joe helped in the last year or so and everyone says Joe is the best.

I called for a gutter repair, a Penyak workman came in less than a week and finished the job in less than one day. Thorough and complete repair. Friendly staff. I will use Penyak again for any type of roofing job I need.

This company did a roofing job for my next door neighbor. I called and spoke with a supervisor because I was not pleased with the fact that the job was done so messy. They didn’t use the tarp to cover my driveway and I came outside to debree all over my family vehicles. The supervisor asked me to send pics and I did. When I tried to call back to resolve issue, no one answered. Not happy as a potential could have been client.

Penyak did our roof. It was a fair price and the work was done quickly. There were a few issues, but the owner came out and made it right.

Called and got an estimate quickly. When I questioned the materials they proposed to use, no one could provide an answer in over a month. Called weekly, even several times weekly. Joey kept promising that he would get the info, but never performed.

If you can't even provide a comprehensive estimate, how can you possible install a roof?

Second time using Penyak in 22 yrs. Luis and his crew did a fantastic job, including rafter repair and replacing 15 sheets of plywood. The whole process from quote to install was seamless.

We had our roof replaced by Penyak and it was a pleasure to deal with Joe Penyak and the Penyak employees. Communication was excellent: All our questions were answered promptly and completely. Installation took less than 5 hours and potential glitches (like replacing the rusty old attic fan) were handled smoothly. Clean up was fine with no damage to plantings around the house. The cost, by comparison to other estimates, was very reasonable. We are altogether very satisfied.

Had about 5 roofing reviews, Penyak had the best price and the owner explained everything in detail. My roof had 2 layers, was over 28 years old, and needed to be replaced. They had to rip the 2 layers off, down to the plywood, and replace all the shingles, flashing, new aluminum drip edges, and replace a rotted part of the garage soffit. They came early in the morning, placed protective tarps over the entire property and replaced the entire roof in one day. They were very careful and did a complete clean-up. In addition, any questions I had were answered by the office quickly and I never had an issue with them. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement. Mike

I recently had my roof replaced by JT Penyak Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with the process and their work. They were very quick to come out to give me an estimate on the repairs and once my husband & I decided on the new shingles they were ordered immediately. We were contacted within a few days of that order & scheduled for the repairs the following week. The crew arrived at our house bright and early and got right to work! They were very neat and courteous of our garden & outdoor furniture. They covered areas to keep things clean! They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner and did not leave any materials behind! You would’ve never known we had a big repair done because of their meticulous work and clean up!

I replaced the full roof, both house and garage, and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Jessica scheduled my appointment within a week of me signing the proposal and she was polite and extremely helpful. They began in the morning and finished the roof before dinner that same day.
