Green Star Exteriors - South Plainfield, NJ

Green Star called the morning of to confirm my estimate appointment (that I made with someone who approached my house the week prior.) They asked if both my husband and I would be present. When I said it would only be me and my husband and I were not interested in rescheduling so he could be present-They refused to come out and canceled my appointment.

My experience with Green Star Exteriors has been very satisfactory from start to finish. The salesman was very professional and thoroughly explained everything about the windows , including their quality, durability, and the materials used. Managers were readily available whenever I had any concerns , which made the process even smoother . The employees were punctual and respectful, always leaving the work area clean after completion. Overall , I had a great experience and will definitely recommend Green Stars Exteriors to others.

The project manager Joe was in constant communication in providing updates of the work. Customer service and communication is key .

Entire crew was top notch. Travelled accross the street to retrieve pieces of the old roof out of neighbors yards. New roof looks fantastic. Also, Project Manager Gary Brophy was very professional and knowledgeable.

Working with Frank was a great experience. He really knew his stuff and made us feel comfortable every step of the way during our roof installation.

I just had a new roof installed by Green Star Exteriors this morning. The crew arrived before 8 a.m., as promised and they did an excellent job. They were very professional as well as polite, and they did not stop working so were able to finish by 12:30 p.m. The clean up job they did was awesome. The supervisor, Brian, was a very big help and able to answer all my questions. Green Star is installing replacement windows for me in March, and I am sure I will be just as satisfied with the work and the clean up.

Green Star was great, they came on Thursday in 17° weather and completed the job by Friday in frigid conditions. The roof looks great. Great job guys!! Thank you Brian for all your assistance during this time, we appreciate it.

Roofing job was great from start to finish. Absolutely zero hassles; almost everyone I know who has bought a new roof had some kind of little or huge problem. I DIDN’T!!!!! Very, very happy. And the gentlemen who talked me through the whole process were superb.

From Eric G, the sales guy to the project manager Tony P everybody was excellent, explaining everything from beginning to end. Tony P ran a tight crew and they were courteous, neat and fast. Joe Roberts was cordial, engaging and very interested in our satisfaction with the work performed by your contractors. He cleaned up some unfinished minor work to our complete satisfaction. Needless to say we are happy to be Green Star Customers. Managers like Joe are why we have a Green Star Home!

I would not recommend anyone else for your windows. They were true to their word. They worked with me at my pace without being pushy. The quality of the windows, and the work that was done during installation was excellent! I just signed with them again to complete the rest of my windows. Brandon and everyone else from Green Star have been very transparent. Could not be more pleased!

Dominic came to my house and gave a great presentation was very knowledgeable about his product, I’m not able to do the rental now but I will definitely be using them in the future.

I recently met with Dominick from Green Star for a free estimate on new windows. He gave me an honest review of my current windows and explained why window quality and design matter before we talked about prices.

Dominick showed me how Green Star windows are better than other brands. He answered all my questions and was very patient and nice. His clear explanations helped me understand why good windows are important.

The quote he gave me is good for a year, which gives me plenty of time to decide. Thanks to Dominick, I now know that getting new windows should be a priority. I highly recommend Dominick and Green Star for their great service and knowledge.

We had a very pushy salesman from this company come to our door to try and sell us on new siding and widows. Normally it would not have been a big deal. But we have a "NO SOLICITING" sign directly above our doorbell specifically so we can avoid the unpleasantness of someone trying to sell us something while we're in the peace of our own home. He ignored it, which was disrespectful even before he began talking. But when he began his pitch I said, "sorry, I'm not interested". He didn't care and continued his pitch. I then pointed to the "no soliciting" sign and again told him "not interested and that I'm in the middle of cooking dinner", but he continued anyway. I was shocked and angry and ended up closing the door on him.

To be fair, I have no idea how good the quality of their work is but this sales technique was truly awful and has certainly left a bad impression.

We just had windows installed by Green Star Exteriors. From the point of contact with the sales staff, delivery date and to the end of the install everything was done friendly, professionally and exactly as described. We love the windows. They look great but, more importantly, they are extremely energy efficient. The installers were extremely knowledgeable about the window and were very attentive to any questions I had. We noticed a difference immediately when the days were colder! Thank you for operating a great company and selling a great window. Highly recommended.
