Never in my life have I ever seen a crew so legit that they bring a microwave for the employees to heat up their food, on their own generator, that’s real love!

After calling for weeks looking for a copy of my receipt for a roof that was done in 2022 or 2023, I was advised by the owner (Al Cardona) that they do not keep copies of paperwork. I found this to be odd since they claim and promote warranties on their roofs. Anyways, he then asks me to provide a receipt which was ridiculous because that was the original reason for my request. If I had one I would have never reached out to them? In either case a female who spoke Spanish said in the background “that im unorganized”.which I heard and addressed immediately. By the way I also speak Spanish. Very unprofessional and rude of her to say. Al the owner of AJ Professional is the unorganized one with very poor customer service and for that I would never recommend anyone else to this company. I will definitely be reporting this to the BBB and also looking into my warranty as well.

A&J did a great job replacing my front porch columns and wrapping them in AZEK. Al and Christian were attentive to my questions and concerns, and the work was done in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Highly recommend!

A&J Professional Services helped our family with our new home's flat roof and our gutters, with some other work that needed to be done to install them. The process literally took a couple of days, with the high quality installation as promised. We are satisfied with how the house is coming along, and we are looking forward to do our siding and other home improvement needs with A&J.

We recently had our front and back steps replaced by A&J professional services. They arrived early stayed pretty late in the day and even worked an entire workday on a Sunday. I was unsure about the color to choose for the back steps, so Al made a suggestion. I decided to go with his suggestion, and I absolutely love my Steps. His team is very courteous and hard-working. When all the work was done, they cleaned up the entire area. They were a recommendation from my brother and I am extremely happy with the work they have done done. So much so that my parents Just recently had work done by them as well. I recommend highly❤️

We desperately needed a new roof and gutters. We called
A&J because they were local. We had no idea what to look for as far as contractors. Let me say, I am so happy we called them. We had the pleasure of working with Christian. He was very polite and professional, he never pushed us, he listened and gave us choices. Unbeknownst to us, squirrels had caused severe damage to our dormer. I can't believe how fast the crew fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. The cleanup after the roof and gutters was more than I expected. Now, A&J will be installing four new windows for us. We will definitely use them for our list of other projects on our home.

A&J replaced our roof earlier this year and we would highly recommend them. After our roof started to leak, we realized it made more sense to replace the whole thing rather than try to patch it. No one wants to replace a roof but Christian and his team made the process painless. Not only was their quote competitive but they are GAF certified. Christian and his team are terrific!! It took us a few months to decide who we wanted to use to replace our roof and gutters on our house and garage, and we were going to settle because one place was the least expensive but not so good reviews.

Both Al & his son, Christian were incredibly professional and responsive throughout

I felt like I was on the roof with A&J the whole time. Christian sent images and videos of the re-roofing during the entire process. My roof needed multiple sheets of plywood. A&J took the time to show us the damage and explain everything. A&J also handled the township permits that were needed because so much of my roof wood had to be replaced. They even sent videos and images to the township streamlining the process. They are one-stop shopping, arranging a mason for my crumbling chimney and even installing gutter guards. Al and his team at A&J Professional Services Inc. have given us one of the best experiences dealing with a contractor. We just had work completed on our porch, old flooring removed, new framing underneath the flooring installed to replace old rotten beams, beautiful mahogany flooring installed, columns removed and reinstalled after new bases installed, new railings similar to the profile of our old railings created and installed. They removed and installed new gutters, with new fascia, soffits and leaders. We also needed to have a window cemented up that was leaking water into our basement. Everyday the team was here they left our property spotless. Work was done in four days, which we so appreciated because we were leaving for vacation within two weeks. Al is very customer focused, wanting to make sure we were happy every step of the way. And we were. It is nice to deal with a business that truly puts their customer first. Reasonable pricing, expert workmanship, meticulous, that’s what you get with A&J Professional Services.

Excellent local contractor who is not out here robbing people blind. They replaced my roof in under 9 hrs (Clean up included). Came out and gave me an estimate one day and the next day I came home to a brand new roof. I highly recommend this contractor for their commitment to Excellent service with a great value. A few years ago, Al and his team put a new roof on our house. Because of his excellent work we called him back for putting railings and stairs on our porch to bring it up to code. He does excellent work, is reliable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Al today for a free estimate on a gutter repair. I called in the morning and he came out a few hours later! Al is a very honest man and will tell you exactly whether work needs to be done. He looked at my attic, window, and garage & was able to tell me the issue was not related to the roof or gutters. It was related to a stucco and flashing issue. Al will not suggest unnecessary work and won't have you pay for something unnecessary. I will definitely use them for future roof and gutter issues!

I had to get a new roof and wanted to change out my old white gutters for black gutters and in the midst of doing all that since they were doing an amazing job I inquired about replacing my siding which Al advised that I did not need to do. My upfront A&J contracting experience was the best I’ve had. Al came and walked me through the fair to market quote. Very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was kept up to date with photos and videos. My property was treated with care and kept clean. Al ensured my expectations were met our final walk through of the projects was thorough and everything was beyond my expectations; however, after a few rainfalls I noticed one of the gutter leads was leaking from the elbow. I reached out several times to have it fixed (which is the opposite of my initial experience, where they prioritized getting my business). The work for the most part is excellent - the follow up if things need them to revisit is very difficult.

I was extremely pleased with the new roof installation service I received from A&J. They texted photo and video updates throughout the day. They did an excellent job installing my new roof, gutters, and gutter guards. They even redid my chimney. The project took 2 full days to complete.

Al, Christian and his team of professionals showed up on time as they stated and immediately went right to work. They provided real time status updates through text and provided pictures throughout the day. They assured me that the roof would be well protected during the overnight in the event of rain as the project required 2 days of work. Once complete they cleaned up the area including a thorough vacuuming of the attic and by looking around the house you couldn't tell that an old roof had been removed and a new roof had been installed. I called several roofing companies to replace my roof, since it was leaking bad after a big storm we had. A and J Professionals responded quickly and gave me an estimate right away. Al was able to schedule me in the following week and A&J did a great job. Al explained everything that would be done, they took photos of any extras that needed to be done. They were very professional and I would highly recommend A & J Professionals.

Regarding roof replacement:

A & J provided prompt, professional, meticulous, organized & detail oriented service. They were careful to assure that all surrounding areas were well protected from harms way.

Each step was depicted by before & after pics, which provided us with a sense of security and assurance that their goal was to provide excellent service. Workers were very professional and courteous.

Upon completion, they took it upon themselves to re-stage our surroundings as if nothing happened. They carefully took away all debris, big or minimal.

A few years ago, A&J installed a skylight, and they did a very good job. A while after that, my neighbor across the street used the company to put in new siding. I could see how thorough and professional the company was. This March, (2022) I called first to get an estimate. Right away, Al was on time to discuss the project and to give an estimate. After going through all the things that I wanted, the company started right away the following Monday.
I have to say that this was a great experience. (even though I hate getting up early in the morning to move my car. LOL) The crew were respectful, accomplished and adept at their work. They arrived on time and worked a full day. Another neighbor commented to me on the industriousness of the workers. Since my house is older, there were some unsuspected things which had to be dealt with. Yet the problems were taken care of. They did not try to cover things up cheaply or ignored any unforeseen problems
These are some of the jobs that they: they installed vinyl siding with new insulation, plywood, and Tyvek. They rebuilt a side porch adding a portico and built a new portico over the front door. They installed new doors and shutters, plus they did some masonry work and strengthened the foundation. There were some additional things, such as minor repairs to the garage.
I 've spoken to other people about contractors and the difficulties that they have had with them. This was not the situation with A&J Professional services, not at all. They were skilled, courteous, dependable, and thorough. I recommend them most highly.

Al the owner was extremely honest and explained everything I need to know about the condition of my roof and gutters. He came to my house the day after I called him to do the free estimate. I have never used this company before, but I am very satisfied by the work done. Although it cost more that I initially anticipated, after discussing it with the owner and his son , we agreed it was all needed work. They replaced faulty installed plywood throughout the roof. They were very professional and sent group messaging to my wife and myself with pictures showing initially the damage the roof had sustained and then the repairs done. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

They kept us informed on everything in regards to the roof. They were on time and worked carefully and got the job done in 2 days and we even had them power wash the house. We also are having them replace all our windows and I can’t wait till that is completed. Very satisfied customer!!

I called A&J back in August for estimates for a different roof repair, but ultimately wasn't able to use them. I wouldve if I had enough money to do what I needed to do. The owner, Al, was so caring and friendly that 7 months later when I wanted to update multiple windows I called him back.

He stayed on site the entire time to supervise and even pointed out issues with other windows I had that needed to be wrapped correctly before the wood rotted. When he did that I showed him my screen door that was the same and he agreed to take care of everything while he was there. Saved me the headache in the long run.

They arrived on time and worked so fast! I had 5 windows replaced and 3 windows and 1 door wrapped properly. Before I knew it the job had been completed and they cleaned up after themselves.

Prices were very reasonable too.

I would definetly recommend this company to anyone seeking repairs. I had a great experience and will be calling them back to replace my other windows when I'm ready.

Al has done several major projects on my home. I couldn't be happier with the results and the workmanship of his crew. Al stays on the job to make sure the crew is working up to his standards and doing the job right! He is extremely patient with the customer and explains everything and why it needs to be done a certain way. And the final project is always beautifully done and above and beyond my expectations. Al responds quickly to my phone calls, arrives on the job when he says he will and conscientiously works until the job is complete. Anyone who has been in need of emergency roof repair knows it maybe be hard to find quality and fast service. Well I was in need of roof repair, gutters and inside repairs due to a branch falling and visiting us inside. Try searching for contractors that do everything, that’s even tougher. I called they came out the same day for an estimate and hard the roof done the next day. It rained the very next day, so fortunately the repair was done and protected the house from further damage. I would honestly recommend them.

Al was highly recommended by a neighbor who had used A&J a couple of years ago. First off, Al the owner answers the phone, arrived for an estimate, explained exactly what was involved on the estimate. No hidden surprises. His large crew came for a tear off. I have had leaks for over 30 years. I've had 5 contractors assure me they could stop the leak. Al uncovered 30 years of shoddy work. This roof was torn down 4 years ago. The contractor did not do what I had paid for. Each step of the way Al sent me pictures and videos of what was wrong. I knew my original estimate was being blown up, but Al assured me the correct fix will last 25 years and no leaks. Al and his crew cleaned up after each day and my neighbor came over to say how clean it was. You always find nails after a roof job but there were very few. There is a forecast of an inch of rain as I write this. For the first time in I don't know how long I'm not anxious of a water leak. Time will tell but I feel confident Al and his crew solved my leaking roof nightmare. I highly recommend A&J Professional Services.

Should of went with AJ roofing the 1st time. This winter was brutal all this heavy snow caused a leak on my flat part of the addition of my house.
The 1st company I called added a layer of sealant and flashing to the existing condition of my roof.
It still leaked after a few days.
I called AJ roofing and he told me they would need to rip out the everything and start from scratch. There was damage to the existing plywood underneath and planks which sit on top of the beams. They cut out and replaced the damaged wood and installed a EPDM rubber system with pitched insulation underneath.
It was a 2 day project and the end result was perfect.

Al and his team are fantastic. They came out on a Saturday to diagnose and repair a leak I had around a vent pipe in my roof. They always do quality, detailed work. They had painted my house last year and I still get compliments on how nice and clean everything looks. If you need any work outside or in call Al and his team.

Rep came to house to provide a quote. Crew arrived early and started working as soon as they got thereon the date provided. It was a 3 day job roof replacement and gutters replaced. Friendly crew. Cleaned up was ok.

Update:

A few years later my gutters are hanging. I called several times and have been told someone will be out to fix them or call me back. My gutters are still hanging and I'm afraid if they fall my glass porch windows will be damaged. Someone needs to fix this asap. Buyer beware. Yes they installed quickly but now that there is a problem I'm being ignored.

3/2025 - update my gutters were finally repaired. It took a long while but it has been done.
