J&S All State Contracting are the best. Many thanks to Stephen (co-owner), Anna (scheduling) and Erika (expert craftsperson) for a job well done. I have a rooftop deck over part of my garage, with a Gaco coating system for waterproofing. After 17 years of service, and some water intrusion unrelated to the Gaco system, the roofing was due for some repair, patching and a fresh layer of Gaco TopCoat. Stephen and Erika put in extra time--really, going out of their way--to make sure the repairs were done properly; I have nothing but praise for them.
