I bought a kit for a 12' x 20' shed a few years ago and was happy with it. It was a lot of work to assemble but doable and it's been fine. They aren't the cheapest but the product is good. I bought an addition to it this year and though the material is as good, the service from the new owners was very poor. It took multiple phone calls and emails to get a response, then, I went there to pick up and found that a part was cut wrong. They fixed it but the picking up part took more time than I wanted it to. When it came time to install I found that all the sheet metal for one side was cut 6" to long. Two calls and an email, over a couple of days time, and I finally got someone and frankly got zero help. After she looked the order up and I asked for a solution, she told me to just cut it myself. I asked her if that really should be my job and she had nothing to say. Me redoing twenty feet of sheet metal and cutting it by hand, was not the end of the world. Setting everything up then doing the task was maybe an extra hour, however I now have a shed side that is hand cut vs machine and honestly, that's not what I paid for. Had there been an effort to find a solution would have at least indicated they cared. I would think that she would have wanted to find out where the error occured--in the taking of the order, the math that they did to figure out the length, when it was cut at the sub-contractor that does the sheet metal--in order to prevent it happening again. The math was done correctly in coming up with the height of the walls to match the slope of the existing roof, the sheet metal was just to long to fit them. Again, the mistake could have happened in more than one place, I'd think that they would want to correct and prevent. If I buy another shed I will look for another source.

After multiple phone calls, trying to use the website to contact (which doesn't work at all), emails exchanged with owner AND a visit to the office we were never given the quote requested. He informed me he was busy and asked that I give him a few days. IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS. We were very clear when speaking to the gal at the office that we would be paying cash thinking that would light a fire... Nope!

Our barn gets built in November buy a pole barn builder. Probably going to be more expensive (wouldn't know that for sure because we were never given a price even though we asked at least 4 times) but at least we will get it built.

On the plus side the owner was nice and respectful when asking for more time. The gal was very nice too and very willing to show us the buildings.

Great quality, price and construction. Their internet contact us has been faulty for quite a while. You must call and talk to a person, don't rely on the website.

They scheduled a meeting with me at their office and then never showed up. After several phone calls, they called back and admitted that they'd blown me off. I was willing to give them a second chance, but they won't return my calls anymore. I'm glad that they are doing so much business, but they certainly won't be getting mine.
