Shawn Lewis was absolutely amazing to work with. He kept us in the loop at least weekly about next steps, timelines, deliveries, and updates. He was honest and gave us lots of information regarding our custom build. Our home is beautiful and we are so grateful to this team for all their hard work on it.

Peloquin construction built our home in the Fiori Hill neighborhood in Hillsborough. Our family had a wonderful experience working with Jeff and his employees. Everyone was very professional, honest, and communicative throughout the whole process. Our house was even completed sooner than originally promised!

We have lived in our home for 4 years and have no complaints. I hope Peloquin construction is available to build our next home when we are ready to upgrade! Highly recommend choosing them as your builder!

When we began exploring the idea of purchasing the model house at Fiori Hill, our expectation had been that what we saw was what we would get. But from our very first meeting, Jeff's intention was to transform his model house into our home. Changes big and small were performed professionally and on-time, paired with a warmth and concern that communicated to us that our satisfaction with our new home was Peloquin's number one priority; and that concern did not end on closing day. Having owned new houses from other builders in the past, we were very familiar with the typical first year warranty follow-ups, but the personal and regular contact from Jeff and the entire Peloquin crew went above and beyond anything we had experienced before. The Integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in our unique needs exceeded all of our expectations.

Shawn and the crew did a fantastic job on our kitchen renovation and upstairs bedroom expansion. They maintained their schedule and did excellent work. They made sure we were satisfied with all the work done. We’d definitely use them again.

We were very fortunate to have Peloquin construction build our custom home in 2017 Jeff worked with my wife and I to make some some nice modifications to the house plan including a pre insulated basement. Jeff builds a solid house and our energy bills are much lower than our previous, smaller home. Jeff, Tim and Linda are also good people and have been responsible in taking care of our questions and punch list items.

Be very, very careful when selecting this contractor. We have had to correct and repair over 75% of the original $40,000 worth of additions and remodels he did about 10 years ago. All at our expense. We would never, ever use this contractor again nor recommend him with a clear conscious.

As we continue to make repairs, I will continue to update. I had to remove all rear gutters on our house due to water coming from the gutters into our screen porch. All of this work was done by this contractor. The gutters were cleaned on a regular basis. The configuration of the gutters is what caused the issues. Most of all fascia will have to be replaced. The pictures of the deck are of what we replaced. The walking area had rotted, my wife fell through it at one point, the under neath framing boards also rotted. The tarp covers our chimney that one of the additions was built around. Leaking after 10 years and needs $2000 worth of repair.

3/25/19-As we continue to know have numerous companies come and quote to repair the truly poor work this contractor did, today's work was again about the terrible gutter job that was done. What we learned today was that when the additions were put on our house the shingles that where installed on the roofs of each was done incorrectly. Allow me to mention the gutter company we are working with is primarily a roofing company. The shingles that they installed should have had a slit overhang with the correct type of flashing to prevent water from draining behind the gutters and causing rot. Which is what has happened everywhere the contractor installed gutters. So we are having to replace gutters and have all the facia repaired.

Not sure if I mentioned, but this contractor had the lowest quote. Now we know why.
