We used J&M Roofing and we think they are a number one roofing company, they are by far the nicest people to work with and really go into detail about what they are doing, answered all our questions, gave us advise on our turbines, they also did our guttering, so if your looking for honest and nice people to do your roof J&M is the one. ask for Lynn he is why I picked this company he is very professional , nice and polite .

My experience with J&M Roofing was beyond pleasant! This company was recommended to me by a fellow coworker. My insurance company was little to no help at all. I contacted J&M Roofing and spoke with Lance. Lance was very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Lance explained to me step by step on what all came with getting a new room, seeing how this was my first roof needing to be replaced. Lance even took it a step further and communicated with my less than helpful insurance company.

I have used J&M twice in 2024 for a couple of rental properties to replace the roofs.

The first time I dealt with Phil (summer of 2024). He was thorough and reviewed my insurance documents to ensure nothing was missed prior to completing the roof replacement.

The second time was with Lance (his nephew) just this past week. He reviewed my documents, uncovered a few misses from the insurance side and scheduled my job in a timely manner to ensure it was completed prior to year end.

Great experience Purchased 2 roof, s from J & M over the years with Quality work & fair price both times , had a gutter problem after a year called J & M and they come right out and repaired it no charge . Honest roofing company.

We have used J & M Roofing in the past on two houses, and just recently had a roof replaced again after a hail storm. They are very honest, professional, and know what they’re doing! We will ALWAYS use this company and no one else.

J&M Roofing and the gentleman, I worked with, was there willing to work on my schedule. Lance, the one that helped me, help in an awesome way. I told him, I wanted to make this house me. J & M Roofing is very professional and easy to work with. They have replaced several roofs for investment properties as well as our own home. They do an exceptional job and the cleanup was exactly what I was hoping for. The entire team was friendly and helpful.

I contacted J &M when a hail storm occurred in my neighborhood. My elderly Mom lived in my neighborhood as well. Lance came out and inspected each house and determined both had enough damage to warrant a new roof. Lance worked directly with the insurance company to get as much value as possible for us. In the end we were able to get a new roof and new gutters on both houses. We didn't even have gutters to begin with, this was just an extra addition that we wanted. Lance and his team were so easy to work with. He was communicating with us every step of the way and it was all flawless and simple on our end. They were professional throughout the entire process. We never had to do anything after the first time I contacted Lance. Now we both have the best looking houses in the neighborhood all thanks to the honest work from J &M Roofing and Construction. Just make one phone call and you will be taken care of 100%. I highly recommend!

J&M roofing did my roof and gutters a few years ago and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Lance was honest and informative, willing to take as little or as much time as needed to answer all of my questions/concerns and explain the process in great detail. He was wonderful in dealing with my insurance provider to make sure that I got everything that was justified. I loved the work so much that I ended up marrying him. lol. I definitely recommend J&M Roofing and exteriors for your roofing and gutter needs.

The contractor was quick to respond with an estimate and did the work in a time-sensitive situation. The one star is based on the lack of response once the work was complete. I have spent approximately 6 months trying to get an updated estimate to provide to the insurance company. Despite regular texts by me and occasional promises from the company owner to provide the estimate "tomorrow" or "first thing Monday" nothing has been provided and the owner has stopped responding in the last month. Unfortunately this resulted in the loss of several thousand dollars in the insurance claim that I have no way of collecting without the needed information. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

The Absolute best. This is my second roof installed by J&M Roofing. The only company I will ever use. Lynn and his staff are professional with integrity. Highly recommend.

Awesome group, got it right the first time perfectly, roof and gutters look killer good. Phil Newsome and his group know what their doing and their pretty darn reasonable as well. Helped the whole way with the whole process. Would for sure use them again if and when needed.

I had the pleasure of J&M Roofing being the company contracted to replace the roof of a home that I bought! They were quick and efficient, but didn't let the speed affect the quality and attention to detail that they took! They are Definitely a great company!

J and M has done roofing for my family since 1984. My house 3 times, lake cabin twice, a business property once and my daughter's house once. They are courteous, professional, efficient and dependable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Sent an email for an estimate for roofing repairs from their website. I then got an email back asking what I needed, although I told them in the orignail email. After they got through telling me what all they couldn't do , they then went by my home without making an appointment, so they never got to see what repairs I actually wanted. They sent me an email after the fact telling me they had been to my home and asked if I wanted to full roof installation. Again, I told them I did not want or need a full roofing install. I only had damages, probably from hail, that needed to be repaired. I also asked why did the go by my home without my knowledge? Due them not letting me know they where coming, I did not get to show them the repairs needed. After I asked all of those questions, no one ever returned any more emails. I see what other reviews are saying here but sorry, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will not recommend to ANYONE and I work in property management.

J&M has put on two roofs for two different houses. Both experiences were great. Just drove by our old house the other day and the roof still looks like new. It was done approximately 20 years ago. Our new roof makes our home look so much nicer. The people at J&M are professional, honest and they do a fantastic job. They are the only roofing company we will ever use!
