I have tried numerous times to contact a company representative with regards to an outstanding issue... My calls have gone unanswered.
Half of my deck still has mildew on it.
They will be back out to finish the job. That was 2 days ago.

I have been utilizing JL Power Washing for my power washing needs as well as other round the house jobs over the past 3 years now and have never disappointed. Best part is, they are a local, family owned company and not some large scale operation that just sees you as another source of income. Nice to be able to be on a first name bases and always know who is going to be doing the work etc.

I do not recommend this company for any home improvements or work around your home. I have tried numerous times to contact a company representative with regards to an outstanding issue a my residence. (No no avail.) My calls have gone unanswered after leaving several messages. This company has not tried to resolve this issue. Don't waste your money or your time. The workmanship and materials used are very substandard.

I called, they gave me a quick quote on the cost to power wash and and scheduled an appointment for later in the day to come give me a quote on a paint job i needed done as well. They were very fairly priced. They showed up and were very friendly and honest. I called back the next week and was able to schedule the painting to be done 3 days later. They showed up worked efficiently. Our painter Mike was very kind and understanding when we had questions or concerns. The only time Mike stopped working all day was for a couple minutes to eat lunch. I would highly recommend and will definitely rehire JL Home Improvements next time I need some things done.

I used them last year and they were great. This year they came out and half of my deck still has mildew on it. I called to complain and was told they will be back out to finish the job. That was 2 days ago. If they come out and finish, I'll update my review.

Jack from JL Power Washing came out and did an amazing job on the house. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a major problem area on the one side of the house that now looks spotless, along with the rest of the house. The price was very reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this company.

I called yesterday, received a quote right away based upon the square footage of my home. They came the next day to power wash my house.They were considerably less than the contractor who came out to my house last week to give me an estimate. Jack came out and did a great job! They are also going to come out to give me an estimate for painting, and various other odd jobs that I need to get done. These guys can do it all!!! I highly recommend them!!!
