DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My mother's condo building needed a new roof and used this company. There were leaks within 6 months. The company came out once to fix the leak but nothing was solved. There is now water in the hallway ceiling and all it will take is one more storm and the ceiling might cave in. The company is not returning calls.

I recently had a back porch roof leak. I emailed/called Chiatello Construction in order to resolve the issue. They responded, sent someone out to assess and repaired promptly. I really appreciated this! Thank you!

I was looking for some work on the side of my house. [Leaking.] My husband spoke with them. They quoted $350. We were thinking that was a decent price. They were there 5min.and seen the problem. The worker said, I gotta talk to the boss. I sweft and cleaned the mess up. Two days later they are calling for collection. Im confused. They charged me $350. to look at my house. And now they want $800. to fix it. Highway robbery.
Lesson learned, dont trust anyone and get everything in writing.
On top of it the man said: if your selling the house just leave it. Uhg. SMH.
Totally disappointed.
