IX Property Solutions and George did a terrific job fixing a water-damaged hole in a wall in my garage. At the time, a lot of contractors we tried didn’t want to take on our project. It must’ve seemed too small to bother with, but it was too much for a handyman to take on. George was happy to help. Several years later and he is helping us again with “smaller” projects. When it comes time for us to build the addition we want IX will be our first call!

We used George previously when we did an entire remodel of our home. When we decided to finish up our basement, we didn’t think twice about anyone else. George came over to discuss the details and within two weeks the project started. His crew was efficient, quick and did a quality job. They just finished last week and we are now enjoying our oasis at home. With four kids we cannot wait to utilize this space more! George visited the project often and we have come trust him with all our remodeling needs.

We found IX Property Solutions from an ad while looking for a contractor to replace our decrepit deck and repair the hole it was ripping in the side of our house. From the start he was very thorough in explaining our options to us, and communicated with us often through the quoting process. Once we gave the go ahead on our project, he had the materials and crew lined up to begin within 2 weeks, and the work was completed within two weeks afterward. Our new deck is now built to modern building code and rock-solid. It was a tremendous experience all around, and we would use them again!

This company had did concrete patio work for me. My experience with the contractor was VERY positive. I'm recommending IX Property and I'm willing to contract more future work.

We have been working with I/X Property Solutions since 2018. We started small with getting a concrete driveway 3rd spot poured for a third vehicle. He was very precise, and it had been a great addition to our driveway. The next project that we contacted I/X about was replacing our two tier deck with composite decking in 2019. Deck is still beautiful, and a few of our neighbors were so impressed that they got their decks replaced along with new privacy fencing from same company. Then the pandemic hit, in 2020, and we needed to make adjustments to our outside deck area, so we called I/X again for the construction. We now have a beautiful gable roof on our back patio, and it was more impressive than I even thought it would be with explanation. It’s been a couple of years now, and we contacted George Ellish, with I/X because we finally wanted to renovate the inside of our house. We were very impressed with ideas that George suggested, plus his attention to detail and checking up on project daily. We ended up tearing up floors in kitchen, living room, hallway, laundry room, and hallway full bathroom. Floor trim was replaced as well, along with cheap doors being replaced wit 6-panel door + painted, new trim around doors, and we even decided to install a kitchen island with a quartz countertop, just because everything was running so smoothly. I am in disbelief right now because our house has been transformed beyond what I even expected. George’s suggestions were perfect for what we were wanting, and our garage was even given special treatment with a state-of-the-art exhaust system to keep it smelling fresh!!! I can’t forget to mention that the electrician put in new can lighting in our living room, and installed electric to island so we have additional cooking space, which George recommended. Very impressed with all of the work that I/X completed, and I will continue to use them moving forward! Each and every one of the crews were amazing!!! Special thanks to Raul for installing beams to fix squeaking problem in our uneven floor from when house was built.

I called George and his team to replace a fence for my mom! The wind storm had blown her old one down. They were out the next day and started work 2 days later. Finished it in less than a week. Now my Moms feeling of security for her home is back and she couldn't be more happy. Incredible customer service and polite, hard working crew. If you need any kind of design build done CALL GEORGE! Fencing, room editions, remodeling etc. They do quality work at great price!

George is an expert in small spaces! We have done 3 different projects with his company and have loved all of them. He took a large master bedroom and added a new bathroom with a jacuzzi, shower, dressing table, toilet and double sinks. Then he took a small part of our basement and made it into a great party room with wet bar, bathroom with a urinal and a large room for Movie and sports viewing. He and his workers go above and beyond and it amazes me how George has all these great ideas in his head. Give him a measuring tape and watch him go! Our basement project was going slower than we would have liked and George stepped in and got things rolling again for us. I recommend this company for any project that you have.

IX Property Solutions is my go-to for all my home remodel needs. George Ellish and his team set a high standard and blew me away with results. I highly recommend if you want high quality from a local contractor who is professional, relatable, and delivers!

Good help is hard to find!

I have been wanting to do a couple of shiplap installations at my home for awhile now. One in my family room on the wall that has our fireplace and 1 in the tray of the ceiling of our dining room. I ultimately decided to use IX solutions due to a recommendation by my neighbor and I could not be happier that I did!!! George and his crew are just wonderful to work with!
My project was relatively small considering they do large scale remodels but I was never made to feel that my project wasn’t just as important as their larger ones.
George went above and beyond to make sure that I would have the end result that was looking for. He went out on his own and researched several different types of materials to find the one that was going to give me the overall “clean” look that I was going for. He is so passionate about what he does and it really shows with the time he takes to make sure you and he are on the same page and he fully understands the result you are looking for at the end of the project.
His business partner Matt is just as professional and wonderful to work with!
He was there the morning of the start of the project with the tradesman that was going to do all the cutting of and the install of the shiplap to introduce everyone and again made sure we were all on the same page about what was to be done. The trim guy, JD, was a true tradesman. He took the time to make sure every cut was perfect and every piece lined up exactly right. He even had to make a template and retweak a piece 5 different times to make sure it fit perfectly around the molding on my fireplace mantle!
Matt was back again with the painters to give the same level of attention and service in making sure I got exactly what I wanted.
At the end of the project there was a final walkthrough, again, to make sure that I was happy with the end result.
In current times, it’s exceedingly difficult to fine good, reliable, honest, and fair people to work with.
I am so happy with not only the result of my project, (which is stunning!!!) but the level of professionalism, communication, value, and customer service that George and Matt provided have made a lifetime customer of me!
I won’t ever have to go anywhere else for my home improvement projects! That piece of mind for me is priceless! My hubby and I are NOT handy people!

George and Matt and their team were very professional and our bathroom was renovated in a week as promised. Our bathroom was updated completely from 1980's and is now all updated. We are very happy with how everything turned out with the paint, shower with beautiful tile, install of new vanity, lights and a new floor. Thank you for all the hard work.

Arrived as promised, ready to go, and got straight to it. They were friendly, professional, and clean. I had about 120' of crown installed. Took about five hours total, rate per foot was awesome...I will absolutely use these guys again for my next trim carpentry job or even something bigger and more involved.

IX Property Solutions built a monster sized roof over my patio. It is amazing! Far exceeded my expectations in quality and end product is better than I imagined. George was fantastic to work with. He came out, spent a good deal of time explaining everything and even drew a sketch of what it would look like. I gave him my max budget and he kept that in mind and delivered. The crew came out and was really respectful, super friendly, and are very skilled. I will not hesitate to use them again.

George went above and beyond with my cabinet install in my kitchen remodel. He is a perfectionist and even explained to me in the moment what he was doing, why he was doing it, and was extremely professional. Will definitely use for future projects!

We recently had a gable roof added on to the top tier of our back deck, after they had installed our composite deck 2 years ago. We were very pleased with our deck, so we contacted the same company again to build our roof. We were very impressed, again, with the quality of the work, and would absolutely recommend IX Property Solutions for any Home Improvement/Enhancement work. Two of my neighbors have already used IX, and are very pleased with their finished products as well!! Quality work done at a great price!!!! George was amazing, so you won’t be disappointed if you have him work on your project!!!
