Ivanovs Global continues to be my go-to company/contractor for repairs to my home. Last week, they finished regrading and sodding my front yard. Miro explained the process thoroughly so that I knew what to expect. He also made sure I understood the importance of caring for the new sod. He also did some light masonry work on my porch stoop. I had water damage to my foundation over a year ago and Ivanov repaired the damage according to the structural engineer’s recommendations.

We hired Ivanov’s Global to address a large horizontal crack in our basement wall. A structural engineer diagnosed the problem as hydrostatic pressure in the soil outside. Ivanov’s Global offered the most complete remediation of the problem of any of the contractors we considered, including installing a French drain and two sump pumps, reinforcing the walls against future movement with steel I-beams placed at 4 foot intervals, and outside excavation and regrading. This was an immense job that required removing a ton of concrete rubble and pouring 80 bags of new concrete to install the French drain below the basement slab. They agreed to have the structural engineer approve the work before we made our final payment, and the structural engineer said it was one of the best jobs he has seen. After the structural work was done, they did a complete remodeling of our basement, and we ended up with a beautiful living space downstairs. They did the complete renovation – including dry wall, painting, trim work, flooring, recessed lights, replacement windows, and a full bathroom. It is now an absolutely beautiful space, and the price was substantially better than other bids we received.

Miro is a lifesaver. Ivanov's Global repaired my home's foundation and later stepped in to complete the bathroom work left by another contractor. I received a very reasonable estimate and a thorough statement of work. I'm very pleased with my new bathroom and strongly recommend Ivanov's Global.

I used Ivanov's Global for a 6ft privacy fence and a complete basement remodel in my new home, as well as some odd jobs that are required when first moving into a new house. I hired Ivanov's Global to do structural work to repair damage caused by improper rain water management. This included extensive drain work to my paver driveway, creating a swale in the front yard, repairing basement cracks and reinforcing the lintel above the slider door in basement. They also renovated my master bath. I was impressed from the start of the project to the end of the project. Miro did a wonderful job keeping me informed and they finished all work according to our agreed upon timeline. I am incredibly happy and pleased with the outcome of everything they did for me. Nick and Miro did a great job digging out my basement and underpinning my foundation. The work was done at a reasonable price and they even worked out a payment arrangement so that I could tack on additional work (window wells) at the end of the job. I would definitely use them again for projects and have referred them to several others I know.

This company is by far one of the best we've worked with . We had major problems with basement floor cracks and buckling along with structural problems with the exterior walls. I thought working in a tight area would prove challenging, but these guys did a lot of manual work to excavate the floor for the sump pump installation. We then had an non standard exterior door installed. Nick and Miro kept us informed at all times . They were always prompt, thorough and worked clean. The quality of the work performed to correct the situation far exceeded our expectation. We would definitely recommend and refer future contracts.
