Had him out recently to look at our roof which was over 50 years old, it was in bad shape and slav had great recommendations that were cost effective to fix all those issues! great guy and great team, couldn’t recommend this company more!
Slav was incredible to work with! We had an issue with an exterior door that was leaking, and he support us through the process of buying a new door and installing it. Here are some of the best parts of his service:
1. The door manufacture built the door incorrectly. After Slav dropped off the door, he went again to pick up the door a second time to ensure we had the right one.
2. He carefully examined the issue with our door leak, and found that the waterproofing was installed incorrectly. He went above and beyond to ensure the door, and seals were reinstalled correctly to prevent any future leaks.
3. He was one of the fastest responding contractors we've worked with. Provided a professional quote & contract (with waterproofing warranty), and overcommunicated every step of the process.
4. He believed in the quality of his work, and followed all of our asks for the door installation to a tee.
I couldn't have asked for a better installation, it looks even better than before. Slav is a phenomenal human to work with.
Slav and team were phenomenal right from the initial communication, to the quality of work they delivered!! We hired Ivankin contracting for replacing a window with a bi-fold door. The great aspects of the process:
1. Slavs communication was prompt.
2. He prides himself in his work, even talking us out of a some skylights which would we warned to put in, but would have not looked aesthetically right (which he pointed out).
3. The pricing was reasonable
4. His team were on time, got the job done in 2 days as planned, and cleaned up well after themselves.
