Isaias and his team did a great job reroofing my challenging roof. From tear-off to completion they worked hard and diligently on a very steep multi-level roof. I was kept informed of timeline and was happy to have timely completion, even with a little adverse weather. I appreciated the use of high quality materials too. ITH replaced our townhome roof in a difficult to access/narrow area of Seattle. ITH made a typically stressful process totally hassle free and easy. Isaias (owner) was very responsive by text and phone. He gave me detailed updates before the work started and on each day. When the work was stopped due to increasing rain, he let me know immediately and his team was back the next morning (over the weekend). He was resourceful, excellent in communication, and shared photos before and after. It’s clear ITH values long term customers, their reputation, and doing great work. Highly recommend!!

ITH came and met with us the same week we called. They came to rip off our old roof within days. The workers worked all day and then came back the next. We had a new roof on our house as well as the roof on our detached garage within 2-3 days and they are beautiful and of amazing quality. They put vents in as we have bad ventilation in the attic of our over 100 year old home. I would recommend anyone to ITH and will use them again in the future.

ITH has been very responsive in getting the work done and in resolving issues. Hannah was the main contact person and she responded to questions even after hours and on weekends. ITH has been great to work with!

We had ITH do some work on our deck. They replaced the surface with composite and rebuilt parts of the railing. Their workmanship was sloppy and communication was terrible.

The first time they laid the decking it was horribly misaligned, and there were inconsistent gaps between the boards. The second time was slightly better but still not square. When we tried to communicate this they refused to acknowledge any issue or possible way to improve.

Communication was difficult. The workers that showed up would often need to phone a supervisor so we could do a three way conversation via speakerphone to try to get our points across.

When they were finally finishing the deck, they were in a hurry to leave. They painted the stairs even though it was clearly about to rain, and they forgot to move our grill back as previously promised.

After we payed, they have not provided promised warranty documents, and they did not come back to move the grill as promised.

Working with ITH has been an awful experience. I cannot recommend any aspect of their service.

They do beautiful work within a short period of time. Highly skilled employees who take pride in their work. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

ITH re-roofed several houses next to ours and did a great job. This spring we decided to replace our 20 year old roof, gutters, and skylights. Based my neighbors’ recommendations and seeing the quality of work, I gave ITH a call. Hannah with ITH was our project manager. She did a great job communicating timelines and the team showed up when promised.

We had a leak and ITH responded promptly, fixed the leak and provided us with photos of the damaged portions as well as other problem areas that should be addressed soon. We were happy with the repairs they did and decided to hire them to replace the entire roof soon after. They were reasonably priced and did an excellent job.

DuraDek installation was excellent quality work! Received referral of 6 contractors from Duradek supplier. ITH was the most professional detailed bid, no shortcuts, collaborated with us, always respectful, very knowledgeable, timely, efficient, attention to detail and thorough site cleanup. ITH did a good job on our shingle replacement. Had to pay half up front unlike other companies, but they were good for it. Came through with an appointment at the earliest weather opportunity, and got the job done in three days. No issues. Very satisfied customer. Would recommend.
