They managed the project well and were very competitive. Mario did the work and did a super good job. He was knowledgeable and careful. Vi was also responsive in dealing with the paperwork associated with a Purchase and Sale agreement. I’ll hire them again in a heartbeat.

Our 6 year old roof began to leak on a Friday. I got a call back in less than an hour and they showed up an hour later and stopped the leak. They identified installation problems and where similar problems were likely to occur. They offered a solution that replaced all the problems and made it look so much better. I called on Friday and the work was done by Tuesday. They are the best. This is the third roof my family has had them replace and they were professional, quick and left the place spotless after they were done!

This outstanding company put new gutters on our house and shop. They were problem solvers and placed a seamless gutter system on that was professional and beautiful. The crew was professional and worked well together as a team. The job was completed quickly. The owner is an upstanding fella who gave us a great deal. We highly recommend this company! One of the best out there!!!

My roof never leaked until I had it replaced with them. This is the third time it has leaked in the same room over the last 3 years, again requiring a "fix" and drywall replacement. And their employees left a needle in my driveway during one of the so-called repairs. A complete disaster. Update Nov. 2024. Leaking again/still. According to the new roofing company, the flashing was installed incorrectly when the new roof was put on, and that section needs to be completely redone.

Vi and his team of roofers were professional, on time, and very reasonably priced. My roof had some specialized needs, and these were handled efficiently and competently. I had lots of questions about my roofing options. Vi was very patient and explained everything to me. After the roofing was done, the roofing team cleaned up the debris in my yard and made sure there were no nails in the driveway. My landscaping was unharmed during this process, and now I have a great roof that will last me for many years!

Islander roofing does so much more than roofing! They rebuilt my chimney, resided my home beautifully, painted, and built me an amazing front covered porch! If you want the job done right, you should give them a call!!!!

Vae and his crew are the best! They replaced our roofing on our shed and house. We had a lot of damaged OSB board on our house that they replaced with new plywood, repaired around our skylights, and updated our venting that looks awesome! They are local, honest, hard-working folks and we are so happy with the result. We will refer Islander Roofing LLC to all of my friends, family and neighbors and recommend using them no doubt. They did a job well done!

Islander Roofing did a great job on replacing our entire roof. They updated the venting system of the roof with a vented ridge instead of the black box type vents at no cost, looks way nicer now. Very friendly, responsive and professional. Job was done fairly quickly, it was done during rainy season so they had to wait for better weather, but was done within 2 days total. Cost was better than competing companies. Definitely recommend them.

Vi did the roof on my home in 2016, it’s been leaking in multiple areas, both skylights are leaking, the attic is leaking and full of mold.I had 10 roofers come out and say the roof was installed incorrectly, so Vi came out to look and said he’d provide the labor to fix just the attic portion. I have tried to reach him for two weeks to get this started with no response. Hopefully I can get through to him soon to update this reviews. Not the most professional service.

I want to thank Vi, owner of Islander Roofing and his crew for great customer service and quality work on my roof. Getting a new roof can be very stressful an expensive by islander roofing fit our budget needs.

His crew of guys were very respectful, and they just did outstanding work. they knocked my project out within a day and a half. I also really appreciate it they're meticulous cleanup of roofing debris after the project was done. if you need a roof I recommend islander roofing.

Vi and his crew has done all of my family’s roofs (6) for the past 10 years. All of the roofs turned out well. Prices are very reasonable. His bids came in under all the others. I had a couple of very minor issues and Vi showed up the very next day to take care of them. Vi is dependable and stands behind his work. Our family and friends will continue to hire Vi for future work.

We were very disappointed with Islander Roofing. They roofed our house and "fixed"/added venting. Everything was fine until winter came and then the new sheathing became covered in mold while the old original sheathing stayed fine. We were concerned by this and tried contacting Islander since we were still under warranty. My husband left a voicemail and called the owner "Vi's" number several times along with calling the business home number and leaving multiple Emails. They ignored all this. Then when we called from a new number they picked up only to abruptly answer "that doesn't make any sense. Send me pictures and Ill call you back." We sent in the photos and waited with no reply. We tried again several days later to call and email with still no reply. After months of trying to contact them we finally gave up and had a home inspector come check things out. It turns out that when they installed our venting, they didn't add any to the back portion of our house, and they didn't pull insulation back from the venting which allowed for no air flow, hence causing all the mold. Thankfully it is something we can remedy without too much cost, just lots of extra time. It is something Islander could have diagnosed if they had just taken the time to come out and listen to us. It appears from other reviews that Islander takes good care of you if they can get a project quickly done and then never hear from you again. If they do something incorrectly or need to fix something, don't expect them to come back or think twice about you. We are warning everyone to stay away from this company and now our realtor is doing the same.

I had a leak in my garage they where there within an hour and fixed it in no time. Great customer service, fast, reliable and great work I would highly recommend!!!

Islander Rooging was recommended to me by a friend. The job was done well. Stripped and replaced my roof last spring. Very happy with the work and the price. Did everything they said they would. Replaced a sky light, added vents and replaced the chimney flashing. Quiet professional employees. I would recommend them highly.

I went on line to request a bid and got a call within a minute. I was told Vi would be at my house that morning to determine the cause of my leaking roof. Two other roofers said I either needed a new roof (without even looking in the attic - no thanks, A+ Roofing) or they thought the problem was something completely different. Vi quickly saw that my skylight seal had failed and within an hour or two had it replaced! I'm impressed when an owner of a company can show up on short notice (when you really need them) and then do the work them self. Thanks Vi! You saved the day!

Vi did exceptional work tearing off and reroofing our home. Not only did he do what we asked of him, but he went beyond and did extra work without charging us. His price was very fair. He was recommended to me and I would pass on the recomendation to anyone needing their roof done. He is a great guy, awsome busness!
