Our home says it all.....Isbell made us look great! We were kept informed at every turn. The work was quick and perfect. Each item cost was labeled and discussed well in advance, and we can already tell a difference in our power bill! We highly recommend Isbell. Keith really knows his stuff! I felt safe with him and the crew!

There aren't enough kind things to say about Keith. He has performed two significant upgrades to our home in the last twelve months. They were done quickly, professionally, and without any pressure on us. He is communicative, forthright, and very good at what he does. He holds his workers to his same high standard. If the story ended there, it would be enough for us to be lifetime customers.

Months after the last project he completed for us, we began to have a small leak near the porch they put in. We didn't know if it was related or not, but we called Keith to check it out. It wasn't related (we should have known). Nevertheless, within 24 hours, he had shown up, fixed the leak, and cleaned up some other trouble spots that might have caused issues down the road.

I have used Isbell Services several times for home improvements. Most recently they fabricated and installed a porch railing with gate. They are professionals. They always show up on time or notify you in advance of delays. The finished product is top notch and they clean up after the job is completed. They are a talented and courteous group that I look forward to using again.

Keith gave us a very competitive estimate for replacing the old single-pane windows in our older home with newer energy-efficient windows - 16 in all, some of them being the larger floor to ceiling windows. They were finished in two days and did an outstanding job, even fixing some odd issues with a couple of the windows. He is not a pushy salesman, which I really appreciated. He lets his work and service speak for itself. He gets my highest recommendation. I've already had him estimate my next project and it hasn't been a week.

I went on the website, booked through the website for an appointment. The confirmation showed Keith would be the person coming to our home. We waited and no one showed up and no one called. I called an hour after the scheduled time and I may have sounded a little short but the person on the phone at the office didn’t even offer an explanation, she simply hung up on me. I guess they have all the work they need.

A big thanks to the Isbell Services Company for our new patio cover. Keith Kennemur and crew had built a beautiful lean-to workshop shed with windows for my husband years ago. It fit with the house so well and held up so well, they were my first choice to replace an aging wood and plastic patio cover. The patio was a challenge due to the wide span and roof and deck connections. From the time I hit the office door to ask about the project, Ms. Bobbi at the front desk was so cheerful and helpful with providing brochures and starting information, I was able to figure out what products might match our needs. Keith helped us nail it down and kept us up to date on back orders of the product. He and the install supervisor were super helpful in “making it happen” so it fit the deck nicely and allowed for an unobstructed view of our yard. Steve even made sure to add whatever was needed to provide the strength for the roof and the fan column and adjust to the need to put the downspout as near to the deck edge as possible. He and his assistant Chris were wonderful. I have a screen shot of the thermometer to show they were working in 110-degree heat. Somehow they were still cheerful and very considerate to clean up everything and make it all look so nice. Here is the finished project. We love the clean-cut look of the patio cover and were very pleased with the price as well. Thanks again for another great job Isbell!

I had an unlicensed person build a screened in porch for me about 2 years ago (I was told that they had a license and didn’t find out until later that they didn’t). They made a huge, very costly mess of my porch. I had Isbell come over to see what could be done to correct the problems I was experiencing. They suggested tearing out the entire wall and redoing it. The transformation has been amazing and I am so thankful I hired them to do the job! When they first came over and tore out part of the wall, the wood behind it was rotted (I was already experiencing leaking inside and the material buckling up). The material that Isbell used is metal, so no more problems like that! My old porch also had really weird designs and a very unfinished look. Isbell came in and finished the ceiling and rebuilt the frame for my door and it looks 100% better!! I had been having rain come off the roof in sheets during every moderate to heavy storm which would blow inside the porch making it necessary for me to constantly move my furniture back, put towels down, etc. They did a wonderful job adding gutters, which has pretty much completely eliminated that problem! My original porch took about 3 months to complete. This work was done in 4 1/2 days. I can’t say enough good things about Isbell Services and highly recommend them! My only regret is not knowing about them 2 years ago and getting them to do the original project! I’ve included several photos to show the before (top and left) and after (bottom and right) looks. Isbell Siding replaced my rotten deck pieces and installed an awning. They did a fantastic job. We are very satisfied with the cost and the finished product. I fully recommend this company.

I have use their services on a previous house, and received an amazing metal roof so I had them back to my new house. We were nervous about putting an awning over our wheelchair ramp, but it blends in so nicely with our house. We love it! And are talking about expanding it. They also did a great job installing new windows. I really appreciated the communication when one of the projects was delayed.

Keith and his crew put a deck next to our above ground pool. It surpassed our expectations, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. We are beyond pleased with their work. We had a few small adjustments but thanks to the quick communication and responsiveness to our changes by Keith, the project finished in a timely manner and surpassed our initial vision of what it was going to look like. Isbell handled the spray foam insulation, vinyl, and gutters on my new construction. The cost was fair and the work was quick and accurate. Keith did a great job sharing information and getting the work done in a timely manner. Steve did a hell of a job on the vinyl, and left not a single shred of material on the ground at the end of each day. The spray foam is one of the best decisions that we made for this house. The black gutters against the white house look awesome. Good job guys!

We contacted Isbell for gutter work, attic insulation and porch rescreening. Keith came out promptly to measure for gutters and give us a quote to rescreen our porch. Keith handled the rescreening promptly and did a superb job. We give Keith five stars for his excellent, prompt and professional work even though Mike, who we understand is in charge of gutters, has taken several weeks to even give us a quote or let us know he is 3 months out.

I recently had some siding and exterior trim work done on my house, and Isbell did a fantastic job. Working with Keith was easy and they delivered on time at a great value. They went above and beyond to ensure every cap was clean and square and even readjusted my screen door in the process. Would highly recommend and will be using Isbell again in the future.

The absolute worst, rudest business experience I have ever seen. Isbell Services installed the roof on my home and I called to set up an inspection after I had two leaks that damaged my sheetrock. The owner contacted me and stated that I would have to find someone else, they don't stand behind their product and hung up. I would be extremely cautious using Isbell for ANY service.

Isbell just transformed our screened porch to an all-season room by installing Eze-Breeze vinyl windows. Like a lot of other businesses, due to covid their suppliers had long delays in getting the materials to them. We understood this from the beginning, and as soon as the materials arrived they started the installation. They went above and beyond to create a custom solution to add vinyl to our existing doors, which saved us a lot of money over having to buy new ones. We are very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. We highly recommend Isbell and will continue to use them for future home improvements when needed.

Another example of an unreliable local Tuscaloosa home improvement company. Had them out week before Thanksgiving for a quote to replace/repair gutters on a historic home in downtown Tuscaloosa. Was told Id have a quote out by the next week and they'd be able to start within a couple weeks. Two weeks went by and no quote. I called them, was transferred to a rep named Mike "who handles all the gutters." He told me he'd follow back up with me by the afternoon. Now, first week of January, called back and got mike who said "We're not going to be able to help you on that job." Im guessing it was too low a cost threshold for them, but it would have been very nice to have known that back in November. Great people. Don't advertise gutter repair/replacement if you dont actually do the work!

Isbell Services was the roofing contractor for my townhome complex built 3 years ago. We have had significant roof leaks this fall, and Isbell evidently offered only 12 months of warranty on their roofing work. what good is a 30 year shingle if it's installed incorrectly, and the installer doesn't stand by their work?!!

Did not get any work from this company but the guy I talked to on the phone was terrible with customer service, cost them my business forsure. Asked me when I would be free to have him come out and give me a quote, I responded 3pm - and after and he could not fit that into his schedule, anyday of the week.

No problem I will find someone else, and I did.

They replaced some soffits, fascia and gutters after tree fell and damaged house. i was quite pleased with their work and their price. Their workers were courteous and knowledgeable of what they were doing. They got in and made repairs quickly. They are in demand so you may need to wait a week or two until they can get to you, but for the quality and price it is worth being a little patient. I will definitely call them again should the need arise. I do recommend them if you need their services.

I had Isbell Insulation come out again this week and add a board and batten siding product to part of the front of my house. Frank and Jeff came in the morning and work was completed by lunch time. I could have not been more pleased with their quality of work and professionalism. These technicians really take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. This product has about half inch insulation rigid backing that makes it more solid. Looks like actual wood when driving up to the house. It matches other wooden board and batten we have on front of our house. I was tired of painting and replacing weather worn boards. We ordered color that matches the paint we have on the house. No more on ladder for me on this particular wall of the house. Once again i do recommend Isbell. Really nice technicians that do a great job. As other time price i believe was real reasonable.

It took a few days to come out for the job but I later understood why. They must be in high demand due to their impeccable work and customer service! They had the job done (replacing brick with vinyl siding over a garage with drooping lintel) efficiently and professionally. A few bricks from another area of the facade came off after repair and installation. They came and repaired it a couple of days later without a call having to be made. Our family will recommend and definitely use Isbell again for any home repairs!
