They refuse to repair it, in fact act like they have never heard of ridge cap ventilation.
Had a standing seam metal roof installed but they removed all the ventilation boxes.
Buyer beware. Be sure to ask about how they will ventilate your roof.
Not the type of place I want to do business with anyway.

My wife and I had searched for a company that can install a new roof on our house. Isaac's roofing had the best referral. They sent us different options for the roof and we went with the one that fit our budget. The old roof removed and new installed on the same day

Called for an estimate- never heard back. Followed up a few days and later and the employee said so-and-so was assigned to it and they would get back with me. Still no one had the courtesy to call back. Not the type of place i want to do business with anyway.

Run away fast from this company, they are not reputable. Had a standing seam metal roof installed 1.5 yr ago.It LOOKS beautiful BUT...they removed all the ventilation boxes, and DID NOT install the ridge cap ventialtion. So now the roof ventilation does not meet the code requirement, which is 1sf per 150 sf of roof. They refuse to repair it, in fact act like they have never heard of ridge cap ventilation. Levi and Dave Tavis were patronizing and rude, told me the hot air would get out through the cracks in the wood! Buyer beward. Be sure to ask about how they will ventilate your roof.

The owner is a good honest individual that I personally would stand by what ever it was concerning. I have known him for over 20 years if I had to have any roofing done there is no other roofing company that I would even consider. I can guarantee that you will get fair prices and good quality work .5 out of 5 stars all day

Isaacs Roofing just completed a roofing job on my commercial building, which houses Auto Tech Service, N Broadway, in the same parking lot with Whitaker Bank Ballpark. From the initial meeting explaining what needed to be done, the estimate for the job, the roofing process, and after the work was completed, in less than three days in my case, my new roof is now keeping my building dry. My statement was exactly as the estimate read! Use them!
