Amazing performance by all employees from Marvin through the 2 installers of the gutter to Jill the money lady! Can't recommend Irwin enough! Absolute 5 stars

I'm 100% satisfied with my new steel roof. The team at Irwin (Ron, Jill, and Abdul) were always helpful, courteous, and professional. From determining what type of roof to get, picking the colour in the showroom, to the work done on my home. I ended up adding solar panels afterwards which was very efficient (using mounting clips on the roof seams) and all looks great. Everyone on my street is now jealous!

We recently had a metal roof and guttering installed by Abdul and Khalil with IRWIN INDUSTRIES and we are very happy with the results.

The driver today April 4 of your cube van on Helmckan road should really read the road signs before honking at other drivers in school zones when driving essentially a billboard and representing company.
The sign says no turning between 630-815am and is right near view royal elementary.
I was turning at 830am. Also chill on the tail gaiting.

Nothing but good things to say about Irwin! Fit us in within a couple of weeks. The guys were friendly, efficient and did an amazing job.

I was riding my bike up Marigold Ave and one of your drivers in a cube van decided to pass me. Unfortunately after getting the cab part of the cube van past me he just kept coming over. In order to not get hit I had to grind my bike against the curb. I couldn't get a licence plate number as the truck as too dirty. Please talk to your drivers before they almost injure anyone. Unacceptable!

Installed our gutters but installed two of them improperly so that the water runs away from the downspouts. Called them many times to correct this but they never came to correct the problem and wouldn’t return phone calls. The excuse was that they are really busy but it’s been 1 1/2 years now. They got their money so obviously didn’t care. Never again.

Professional from start to finish. Ron took me to see some homes with the same metal roof installed and I got to chat with some very satisfied homeowners! It transformed my home and neighbours have mentioned how much they like it. Quality install. Cleaned up the property very well when done. All done during the height of the pandemic. Came back to make one small adjustment at no additional cost. Worked with my contractor to also do some detail work on a pump house, etc. Highly recommended.

Professional crew in every aspect, they took pride in their work, the site was always cleaned up during and after the work day. Our metal roof looks amazing and we are beyond happy and impressed with it! Definitely recommend this company 100%!

I've been using irwin industries for 10+ years and never had any problems. They help you when you need help and sell you what you need. What else should I expect???

I use this shop for stock and custom gutters and downspouts. Super awesome staff. I've used them in the past for sheet metal roofing and flashing supply, and the experience has always been great.

Over 4 months since we gave the go ahead to install gutters, down pipes and leaf traps at our home. We are STILL waiting, with no communication from the company, unless we make repeated calls (we've only had replies twice since, always telling us that they aren't at 'us' yet). This is frustrating and is providing poor customer service. There's no reason they can't provide updates periodically, even if their work is weather dependent. It would give customers assurances about what's holding things up, and that their business is valuable and they are not forgotten. Very disappointed.

I used this company years ago. I found out they use the flavor of the month for installers. The roof still leaks and after multiple inspections from other contractors. They all said the wrong flashing was used. Irwin came out multiple times to try and fix it but it still leaks in multiple places today.

I have had Irwin do both my gutters and two metal roofs. It took some time to get the job happening but both crews were excellent.

The installer was fast, friendly. I am very happy with the job. It has rained a few times already. The downspout trash traps have already kept the trash out of the drain.
I very satisfied with the company and recommended them.

I hired this company to replace my existing gutters. I was flexible enough for the installer to come on a Saturday and Sunday. Even though I paid for removal of all waste, installer left lots of gutter for me to dispose of. I contacted the company and got no reply. Many shards of metal were also left at my house which cut my hand open. I removed all their shards as I have young kids who could cut themselves. I will not pay businesses so quick in future as this company did not care about upholding the contract.

Terrible company for servicing their work. I have not had a return call from the owners despite my REPEATEDLY requesting a return call about service!
They were sure quick taking my money!

THEY FINALLY RETUNED MY CALL AND CAME OUT AND SERVICED THE LEAKY CORNER.
Happy that the work gone completed, but based on the amount of time it took, I still rate it as a
