Kelly has very reasonable prices. His crew also worked hard and fast. They were respectful & efficient. They were flexible when we said we wanted extra work done (even though they’d already started & it meant more work on their part) I would highly recommend IROOF UTAH to anyone! My only complaint was the screws all over the yard which we cleaned up each day with our own magnet roller.

Kelly and the entire crew at iRoof Utah was incredible! I was referred to him by a trusted friend and I needed a new roof put on an addition to my home and we had a very tight timeline. Kelly was professional, incredibly priced and so helpful throughout the entire process and fit me in within a week! Though it wasn’t in our agreement, they even painted all my vents and plumbing pipes that were already on the roof to match the shingle color and they made sure all existing vents were well sealed up, even though they weren’t the ones who installed them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Kelly made our roof replacement pretty easy and seamless. Once the work window opened, his crew got to work and had the old removed and the new in its place in no time at all. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did a quality job. We would much rather support our hometown small business owners than the big city commercial guys. I contacted iRoof in the late fall to replace my roof after hail damage. After I told them I wanted them to do the work, Kelly, the owner, actually suggested that we wait until spring because it would be better for my house to do the job with Warner temperatures. Meanwhile, storm chaser roofers were replacing Roofs in our neighborhood right and left clear up until freezing winter conditions hit. I appreciate that they were willing to not go after the quick buck so that they could get the job done right. iRoof did an awesome job for us. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done on time. Their price was great and the quality of the work is fantastic. They really went the extra mile to make sure our house was protected.

Thoroughly impressed with iRoofUtah. The whole team was very professional. EDIT: Now it's been over a month and I STILL have heard ZERO from these idiots.
Does this place still exist??? I asked for a roofing estimate and two weeks later I've heard absolutely ZERO from this place, I even reminded them that I needed a roof and STILL NOTHING.
Well, if they can't even reply with ANY answer, I'd not use them anyway.
Someone could at least LET ME KNOW that it would be awhile before anything could be done, but Nothing Whatsoever? Screw them! I will now go out of my way to warn people AWAY from this debacle of a 'company'.

Kelly Mann is not your typical contractor. He answers your calls. He shows up when he says he will. And his guys finish faster than he says they will. The job is top notch. Even better than the original roof. And he worked with our insurance too. Highly recommended.

Because of hail damage I needed to have a total roof replacement and new rain gutters. My homeowners insurance company recommended iRoofUtah and Kelly Mann. I contacted Kelly and he was there the next day. I was so impressed with Kelly that I wanted him to do my work. I also had vinyl fence and air condition damage and he gave me contact information to use. He went the extra mile and took out my window screens that were damaged and took them to a local company who would replace the screens. Could not ask for a better contractor. Kelly removed an UGLY swamp cooler and did an excellent job! He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He matched the shingles perfectly-looks like the swamp cooler was never there! Call this guy-I completely recommend him!
