Christian is a gem, and Iroofer was a Godsend at just the right time. My parents' roof had been an issue for some time. Christian determined the issue and the best way to fix it. He communicated patiently and effectively, and and we felt zero pressure. His company did an excellent job before, during, and even after the job. No need to look any further to experience a job well done.

On a brand new home built in 2019-2020. When it rained, we had a roof leak manifesting a troublesome dripping of water in front bedroom leaving a ceiling stain and bucket beneath. We interviewed 3-4 “roofers”whose sales pitch after their differing assessments amounted to “ ran-ta-den-tan…ran-ta-den”cost solutions w/vague warranties. Their song and dance left me uncomfortable.
After further research I spoke w/ Christian @ Iroofer. He came and drone surveyed our roof took pictures and explored the attic. He was able to show us where the leak was, showed us both the “dollar store” builder shingles. He assured us w/a warranty that his repair work was solid. After several rain storms his work has withstood wind and rain. He even had his crew walk the roof nailing down loose shingles and if memory serves me, replace the truly shoddy “builder grade” loose shingles.
I have referred him to my other neighbors who are also happy.

Initially I did not know what to expect, however I'm glad others provided reviews for Iroofer so that i could make an informed decision to hire them for my home projects. Chris is very professional responsive, transparent and passionate about home improvements. While I was in another State, Chris provided photos and videos to keep me in-the-know for every phase of the project. Iroofer (Chris & Team) is the "Go To" if you want home improvements with complete confidence.

We contacted Iroofer because we were having a problem with a leak in our kitchen. When Cristian arrived he inspected the inside and outside of our roof. They used a drone to capture the external inspection and provided a full report with images. He also explained everything throughout his inside inspection and at the conclusion of the outside inspection. Fortunately our roof inspection turn out okay and his inspection was free of charge. We will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if we have roof problems.

Iroofer Contractors replaced my roof after a hurricane. They were honest, on time and did a great job on my roof. Next, they replaced my mother's roof along with rotten wood since it was the original roof on the house. We love the roof and the job that was performed. I had some roof damage from the recent storms was having a hard time finding someone to come look at it and repair it until I found IRoofer. I was able to get a same day appointment for an inspection and estimate and was even able to schedule the repair within days! They did an excellent job and it looks like it was never even damaged to begin with! I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely be using them for all my future roofing needs.

This was a blessing from out of nowhere. Chris was amazing and very patient with me being a new homeowner. He explained everything thing 100 percent of why and how things should look like. Iroofers was very detailed, reasonably priced, and professional. I did business with him because unlike other roofing companies, he created a paper trail for me. I didn't feel comfortable giving other roofing companies thousands of dollars with proper computer generatorated paperwork to backup my work. Iroofers breakdown of my work was put into his software for me to view. I was able to clearly see what needed to be done in detail with pictures and satellite viewings of my roof. I will definitely recommend this company to anybody.

Cristian was very prompt for our appointment to get an estimate. He was very honest with what was going on with my roof and spent significant time explaining things as I asked them. We had to wait to get approval for our HOA. They only used the best quality material and getting a warranty for our new roof was a great thing.
On the day of the the roof, his team was on time and they are very courteous to our property and home.

They took the time to make sure the roof was installed properly. It tooth them most of the day, but it was because they did it the right way and they cleaned up our yard to perfection and check to make sure no nail were left that could hurt our pets.

Cristian, the owner, was on site all day to make sure the roof wa so stalled properly and their to answer and questions I had. He also took great care of his team with I really appreciated!
