iRoof made our entire roofing project easy and affordable. Each step of the project was thoroughly discussed with all details carefully laid out in an easy to understand manner. Most important was that all aspects of the job as it was outlined in the proposal was delivered on in the expected timeframe. As an added bonus, at my request the iRoof representative performed a roof inspection 3+ years after installation which he performed promptly and at no additional expense to us.
For us, iRoof clearly differentiated themselves from other roofing contractors. I would hire iRoof to perform any future roofing work that we may need. I high recommend their services to anyone needing roofwork performed.
I own several rental properties and have used it oof on at least 10 occasions to replace roofs. They are always timely in getting to the project do an excellent job. They always clean up after themselves and charge a fair price. I recommend them highlywould recommend him highly.
Bill, is excellent...very prompt, does excellent work and is reasonably priced. He has actually done two smaller projects for us where he fixed a roof on one of our outside buildings when a large tree branch went through the roof. It was a smaller job but her treated it as important as if it were an entire roof job. He also did some work for us helping us with exhaust fan venting through our attic space. When we do need a new roof, there's no doubt about who we will be calling. Highly Recommend iRoof!
