We have needed a roof for sometime so we got some quotes from 3 companies. I Roof's owner, Michael personally came to my house to complete an estimate in August of 2020. Six months later we were ready to start the job and select his estimate and the estimate was the same! They started on Wednesday after accepting the contract and finished on Friday.

Roof went from worst on the block to best. Estimate was final cost with no increases.

Short version: We got quotes from four highly rated roofers. Each roofer appeared competent and any of them could have done the job. Michael's quote was quickly done, quite competitive and complete. Michael was friendly and honest from the start. He and his crew did a fabulous job, my wife noticed the tiles are well aligned and the roof looks better than it ever did. He did exactly what he said he would, the job was done without drama or incident. He had to replace many more more tiles than usual (I saw them all in the dumpster he provided) because of cracked corners due to the original roof being poorly installed.
In spite of that, Michael didn't ask for one cent more than his bid--we were pleasantly surprised. He also tidied up all around the yard when it was job was complete. A real craftsman. We didn't have to go out and clean the yard after the workmen left. We recommend him without reservation. Michael is the man for roof work!

We had two options: Repair just the area that had a small leak or do the whole roof. He quoted both options and both quotes were very competitive. Some of the other roofing companies also said the same thing. Which would be the best choice?
Michael went up on the roof, inspected the whole thing and came back down with a small piece of the brittle, worn out underlayment from one of the edges. It was clearly past its useful lifetime. He explained we could fix the leak but then we would have another leak fairly soon due to the condition of the underlayment, when the underlayment gets old and brittle, it has to be replaced. We could save some money in the short term but would ultimately pay more for fixing the roof a little at a time. We opted for the long game, getting all the roof done at once. His price was very reasonable. The new underlayment available now is superior and lasts longer than the underlayment of 20 years ago, so we are very happy with the decision and the great looking roof. He even re-painted all the vents and risers to match the tile. Feels great to have a roof in perfect shape. Thank you very much Michael and crew!

As a businessman I have employed many of contractors over the years. Michael has always seem to stand out over the rest. He is honest, shows up on time and does exactly what he says he’s going to do at a reasonable price. I will continue to use them in the future.

Mike was great to work with! I didn’t need a new roof at this time, however I did need work on my patio area roof. He gave me a fair price and had it done within a few days! So any type of work you need on your roof, he’s your guy!!
