Rory is tremendously talented, but open to discussing smaller projects, always respectful of limitations and personal preference. This is refreshing. From the start, he carefully assessed our trouble spots and identified opportunities where we could save money. He’s helped us tackle intimidating and long overdue projects. He is also an educator, seizing opportunities to impart knowledge so we’re better equipped to maintain our home. Working with Rory is truly a delight and we’re excited about our next chance to have him help us out.

Rory is super responsive and trustworthy! He has helped me on 3 recent and diverse projects: a sink drain issue, an emergency roof problem and fallen tree limbs removal. I highly recommend him. Last fall we were experiencing some strong winds that were causing my metal roof to start lifting up. I called Rory and within a very short time he came prepared for the fix. Timely, professional, and thorough. Helped with some electrical (switch / light changes), procured and installed a door, hung sliding interior “barn” door, and built an enclosure within a wood paneling apartment, and the old vs new work is indistinguishable (see left vs right wall on photo view into bathroom; sliding door pictured in profile in bedroom photo).
