Received a call today following up as to what happened and how sorry they for dropping the ball. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly I forgot the young lady's name. But she was understanding and showed complete compassion to my original review. Most companies don't take that time. This has become a learning opportunity. In 50 yrs when my metal roof needs replacing, Ironhead will get another chance to roof this place.

Reached out for a bid to reproof our house with metal roofing. Christian came out, walked around the house. Left samples for composition roofing. I sent him a text message that we were looking for a metal roof. That's was 10 days ago. No bid, no communication. Just left hanging. Premier Roofing got the job.

Working with Mike and Ironhead has always been a pleasure. He and his team have always been super responsive and have always done good quality work!

I had them install new flashing around a chimney that was leaking about a year ago. Their prices were competitive with other quotes I got. The manager at the time, Victor, was very responsive. The crew got the job done quickly. But, due to weather conditions, they had to come back out and do a reseal after I noticed there was still a leak. They did the repairs and things were good.

More recently, after the wind and heavy rain storms, I noticed that the chimney had started leaking again (though it was much smaller this time around). The new manager, Travis, was also quick to respond, got a crew out to my place in a day, and made the necessary adjustments. No questions asked.

Mistakes happen and some jobs have to be redone. Thing is, IronHead Roofing makes good on the work they do, charge a fair price, and provide excellent customer service.

I’d recommend them to anyone in the area needing roofing work done.

We had called a few roofers, what stood out with Ironhead is that it was veteran owned and used better quality material. They worked hard to try and get the roof replaced but our winter weather hindered that. They kept us informed and got it done. Great thing is communicating with Sean was by far the best. Even after the install Sean has answered our questions and got someone out the next day after a storm to check one of our concerns. Very happy with them and glad they service the Newport area.

Ironhead Roofing recently repaired a roof leak for me. They were quick to come out, communicated clearly with me and showed care around my home. The tech clearly explained the issues to me so I had an understanding of what was causing the issue and how it was going to be fixed. I have a couple more years of life on my roof but when the time comes to replace I will be sure to call Ironhead.

Ironhead Roofing did a bid to replace my roof. The Estimator was running a little late and called to notify me which I appreciated. The appointment took about 45 minutes with the Estimator examining the roofing process and attic space. When I received the proposal I ultimately decided I would go with Ironhead based on their reputation, fair pricing and commitment to give back to the community. I’m looking forward to a new roof in late January, weather permitting of course!

I’ve worked with Ironhead on a variety of projects from repair work to architectural shingle and membrane roof installations. After spending a couple minutes discussing the issues the technician got on the roof and within 10 minutes had the leaks identified. I have nothing but good things to say about Ironhead. They replaced our roof a few years ago and did a great job. We had some subsequent tricky ventilation issues that required several over-and-above sleuthing re-inspections and repairs, and they have been extremely responsive, helpful, and eager to ensure that any issue was completely taken care of. I recommend then unreservedly. The crew that came to my house have been professional, polite, informative, and really nice to work with. These guys work really hard and care about their customers.

This review only pertains to the way some people at this company drive. I was driving north on 99 out of Corvallis and could see a truck closely tailgating the car behind me. I was going about 60 in the 55. A few moments later the truck passes both of us going about 70-75 in the 55 mph speed zone on the one lane highway. The truck had a big IronHead Roofing logo on it. When you represent a company, you have an extra responsibility to to represent them well. Driving about 20ph over the speed limit and passing people on a one lane highway is unsafe and unnecessary. Especially when about a mile down the road the same truck then turns into an auto parts store. Was it really worth speeding that much to save 30 seconds? I have a hard time understanding why people think they’re above the law and are willing to jeopardize human safety to save a little time.

Edit: bumping it up to 3 stars because I appreciate the response from the owner. I suppose I’ll probably never know what actions were taken to increase safety, but it’s nice to know the owner cares enough to reply.

I hired Ironhead Roofing to repair my roof that was hit and needed to be fully replaced. I started out with great customer service and a fast quote. The workers that came to my house were respectful and friendly, but the safety Manger that came out was horrible and awful to me. He was unprofessional and even yelled in my face. The owner did handle this situation, and I was very happy with how the owner handled that situation. I was happy with how professional the workers were as well, very great crew.
The roof looked very nice when it was completed. The roofers forgot to put my gutter clamps back on the gutters so when it rained the gutters starting to bend and sag. The gutters were unfixable and Ironhead had to replace the gutters.
I have picked up so many screws, nails and little pieces of metal around my house since the roof was done. I am very disappointed hoq much metal I have found around my house. I have dogs and horses that literally run around in our yard. I asked the guys more than once to please triple check around the house. I wouldn't say I had an overall horrible experience with Ironhead but I would say I am not satisfied with how everything went down. I feel we deserved a discount or something for all that happened and how much metal and nails/screws were left in my driveway and my front yard. I have pictures of said metal as well. Thanks

I had Iron Head Roofing replace 2 large skylights. They showed up on time, did a quality job, and kept things clean. What else can you ask for?

I wanted to thank Jared and Kole for the fine and efficient work they did this afternoon. IronHead (Corvallis) scheduled the work for a week from now, but an opening must have occurred so they sent Jared and Kole early. Simple work, just some flashing and a cleaning of the roof and gutters. This may seem like trivia to many, but it is hard to even get someone to come out these days unless its a full-on build!

I live in Newport and the crew came early worked hard and were fast. Took about a day and everyone was nice and provided great service and a great price. I really recommend this company. They do good work.

1/4/24 Ironhead Corvallis (thank you, Sean) did an amazing job. Excellent price point, team workmanship, extreme care taken with our property, brought our roof up to current code and took the time to repair and replace facia boards. They were fun to watch and talk about fast and thorough. My driveways and yard were left spotless once done. And how they found a rain free window to do the job was a miracle and a testimony to experience. They showed me pictures of the roof areas that required special attention and explained what they did and why. It certainly improved the look of the home. I would recommend to anyone.

The job that they did for us was top notch. In years past I replaced shingles myself, I knew what to look for and they did it right. The company represenative for our job was Christian O'Leary, he did a great job of explaining everything and made sure that several special requests by us were taken care of promptly. I expecially appreciated the organization and hussle of the whole crew. Lots of hands but none were idle. Every worker seemed to have certain tasks and each did them well. They protected the landscaping around the house and did an excellent job of clean-up after the job was done.

I have a flat garage roof which was puddling. The initial quote was to repair the roof so it drained correctly. For a variety of reasons it just didn’t work out, despite many attempts on their part to do it and re-do it, and re-do it…

In the end, they did the best they could by putting in a better drain—and credited me the difference!

Brandon, the Operations Manager and Andrew, the owner, could have cut their losses and made me pay for Ironhead’s learning experience. Instead, they valued making it right— not just making a buck.

That kind of customer service is rare these days. 10/10 would recommend.

Have to edit this (01/01/2025). . Unfortunately. . . Did a cricket for me. Poor workmanship details. Uncaulked nail in water flow path, no kickouts, and poor caulking. (See photos) This caused extensive damage to my soffit, fascia, siding, roof sheathing, interior walls, post in crawlspace. Called them out twice and twice they sent the same guy. He did not fix it and it kept leaking. Thought it was a loose gutter end cap the first time and second time just slopped a bunch of caulk on. If they couldn't do a cricket correctly, I wouldn't trust them with a new roof. They did give me a full refund, no questions asked, but this nowhere covered my time and cost for repairing this.

Fast forward 2 years and I'm getting new roof quotes. They had the highest quote out of my 10 quotes. They had DOUBLED in price from the quote 2 yrs. ago. I understand inflation but damnnn! I ended up getting a 26 ga. standing seam metal roof for only 3k more than Ironhead's shingle quote!!!! I have a basic hipped roof, 1 story, 1400 sq. ft btw. Nothing crazy. Every roofer that came out mentioned how the cricket was done poorly.
Positives. They are responsive and show up on time. They give veteran discounts.

I'd recommend Renaissance Roofing and or Alamo Roofing. They had wayyy lower quotes and have been in business for 20 years.

A job well done. From the crew to the estimator(Sean) to the executive assistant, all provided excellent customer service. Juan, Junior and the rest of the crew did a great job with the installation of the new roof. The price was excellent as well!

Bobby was a very communicative and transparent customer representative. He got the job scheduled on the timeline we wanted, checked in during the process & addressed all of our concerns about replacing facia boards and was helpful with an attic ventilation question (even though they don't officially address attic ventilation). The crew members were friendly and did a great job and cleaned up 99% not 100%. The quote was competitive, and they worked with us to price match a competitor's quote as best they could to add a ridge vent.
