Bobby and all were very nice and explained what would be done to remove and install the new roof. The work crew did a great job of cleaning up as they did the whole job.

We live in Newport and countless coastal roofers tried and failed to fix our flat roof (see ceiling photo). In Oct 2025, the IronHead crew removed the dry rot, put a slight slope on our roof, and mended the outside. For the first time in 26 years, our roof drained when it rained and we are snug and dry inside. The crew was polite, professional, and fast! Plus, it was *less expensive* than what we paid for coastal roofers to try to fix the leak though the years. I would highly recommend IronHead Roofing to all coastal folks!

Ironhead Roofing was the best experience I could have asked for in a stressful situation. Our roof sprung a leak that the insurance of course would not touch. From the first call with Bailey, to the quote with Bobby, and the teams coming out to do the work within a month of me reaching out stressed about the leak. Absolutely above and beyond customer service, fair pricing, and a job well done with our roof and gutters being replaced. The house looks amazing. Everyone we dealt with at Ironhead Roofing was great! Starting with Bobby, our salesman, Bailey the office contact and the installers. The crew Forman, Edwardo kept us updated to date on their progress and was easy to work with. They did a wonderful job on the roof and cleaned up daily. Great company with very nice people.

Great company, great roof! We had to hire IronHead because another company really messed up our roof, so we got to compare two companies within two years. The difference was night and day! Ironhead's crew communicated with us the whole way, did quality work in a short amount of time, and even stayed over at the end to make some small adjustments. The worksite was always clean, and the supervisors and workers were a joy. I hope I don't have to, but if I did need, I'd hire them again without hesitation.

They did a wonderful job on my new roof, and they did it right the first time. They did not cut any corners and communicated with me in a clear and timely fashion as the work progressed. Once the roof was completed, it was inspected for craftsmanship and passed with flying colors. There was not one deficiency on the inspection report. I could not be happier. These guys show up on time, do the work, don't leave a big mess behind and are pretty good communicating regarding time lines and etc. They have done three roofs for me and all are well done.

When I call because of a small leak around my solartube that is pesky, particularly in high winds, they respond immediately! Eli did a good job of addressing the problem. Everyone with this company are professionals! Very happy with the new roof!

Really good experience from receiving a quote to scheduling an install date. Ironhead roofing kept me informed of the process and provided timely updates when the install date had to be reset because of weather. The crew that came out to do the install were polite, respectful and extremely hardworking. Very impressed with the crew leader and his team. Their clean up afterwards was thorough. 1st rate service from start to finish. I got a very prompt response from Travis who arranged for an on site visit to assess our requirements and provide us with his bid. After getting the bid he reviewed it with us. He brought samples of the material and colors and advised how long it would take to get the chosen color. He arranged the install schedule based on weather and crew availability. He kept me posted when the original schedule slipped because of the ice storm. A well trained crew showed up remove existing roof and hauled away all material. The install went smoothly and professionally. I was please of their concern about safety. The clean up was detailed. Travis followed up to ensure we were satisfied. All contact with this company exceeded my expectations.

They were here 5/26/23-5/27/23 the first day they cleaned up after themselves well. The second day they left trash and debris everywhere. Nails all over my front and back yard all over in my driveway and entry way. With no response from the company when i tried calling about 2 hours after they left 3:30pm. I would definetly recommend using a different company that can actually pick up their trash.

I had a positive experience with Ironhead Roofing this summer on our project to replace the roof at my home. The estimating process was quick and easy, my interactions with the staff were professional and courteous every time, and I'm generally happy with the workmanship of the install. There were some communication challenges during scheduling process that required some flexibility but what I appreciated most was the ownership and accountability the Ironhead team showed in correcting the issues and working with us to set things on the proper track. In terms of feedback, I wish better care was done on nails through the eaves (or given me a heads up on it) and clean up could have been a bit more thorough. Outside of these very minor issues, I'm more than happy to recommend Ironhead and plan to call them again with future projects.
