From our initial visit to final completion, they were always professional and kept me informed as to their progress.

We finally got our home sided after 30 years. It looks fantastic! We are so happy with the color and and job Ironclad did. We have had so many compliments of the new look. The workers were also courteous and respectful and work in wind and cold as much as they could. We had our roof done as well and that was done in less than two days. We hired Ironclad Construction to replace our house siding and build some stairs on the house. They are a great crew to work with. Contracted Iron Clad Construction after a hailstorm damaged my house (40k + in damages). It was immediately apparent that Iron Clad was not one of the out-of-town storm chasers that entered my small town chasing quick insurance claims. We are very happy with the final results and the added equity from the quality repairs. They do great work on LP siding, garage doors, roofing and gutters. This was a substantial improvement to my house, and we get complements often. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend or family member.

Sam found me after a nasty hail storm and i was weary but he made me feel so comfortable. He helped me when insurance wasnt great. He was patient with me when insurance was confusing and i had mixups. He never pressured me and helped go over my quote. His crew was phenomenal!! They came in the morning and worked so hard all day. They got what they came to do done and they were so respectful. They did such a good job keeping me updated and walking me through everything! 10/10 absolutely reccomended . Our experience with Ironclad has been extremely positive. Communication has been excellent and we are very happy with the result. Ironclad Construction put new siding on our house, replaced the eavespouts, new picture window and front doors, along with painting. Kyle offered a great idea of adding this shed roof above the front door to add dimension. It turned out great, even better in person! The guys are easy to work with and very accommodating.

I was able to meet and learn more about the company and get a quote on a few projects. Kyle answered all of my questions, made honest recommendations and I felt 100% trust in the process: I can tell integrity is the foundation of this company and that means a great deal to me. Well I don't feel like a valued customer as you claim. After weeks of multiple calls and emails to lronclad, I have yet to receive a response or the promised estimate to repair a part of my roof that Ironclad install 6 years ago. The fact that after 6 years repairs are needed to our roof is bad enough, but not responding at all after repeated attempts to talk with somebody at Ironclad to find out what if anything they intend to do is simply unacceptable and poor business. In the meantime my roof is still leaking. Thanks Ironclad!

Ironclad did a great job installing drywall in our laundry room and assessing for new gutters. Once on the schedule they were timely about getting our project done. Cleaned up after themselves which isn’t always the case for construction crews. Super professional and straight forward about what actually needs to be done. Would recommend to anyone I know!

Quick response to our request for a quote on redoing our deck. Offered to check roof for hail damage and we discovered it would be covered by insurance. That was a huge help. Pretty quick to get to our project once we were on the list. Friendly and professional crew. Project went quickly and caused very little inconvenience. Kyle was always extremely responsive and got back to us quickly to answer questions or adress any concerns or additional thoughts we had about project. Deck, ramp, and roof all look good. There were a few miscommunications but those were resolved pretty quickly. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience. We especially love the new dck and ramp.

From start to finish this company and the men we dealt with, Kyle, Dylan, and Steven, were very professional and responsive to every question and timeline. Very happy with the quickness the old deck was removed. All along the process, the rubbish was kept to a minimum and removed. Dylan is an amazing builder.
Steven kept all his promises and Kyle is a great salesman and kept up with the communications and notifications. The new Trex deck pleases us very much.

We were extremely satisfied with their professional work ethics. I would recommend them to her anyone. They did a great job and worked well with us, our insurance company and mortgage company. They went out of their way to complete the contract we had with them, and I felt very comfortable with all of their workers while on our premises.

Ironclad Construction recently completed a remodel of the second story of my home in central Sioux Falls. I am blown away by the end result and can’t speak highly enough about Ironclad’s quality of work, professionalism, and craftsmanship. My home was built in 1914 and has original trim throughout, Ironclad custom made trim to match the original which helped the remodel fit seamlessly with the rest of my home. Thank you, Ironclad!

We had Ironclad install new windows and a front door in our home the end of 2019, and have had nothing but problems due to the poor quality of their installation since. We have tried contacting Steve on multiple occasions to help resolve issues, with no reply. I've noticed negative reviews have been deleted somehow, so hopefully someone can be warned by ours before the same happens to this one.

1. Our front door was installed visibly crooked. It will blow open unless it's locked + snow blows in. If we forget to lock it, we will find upon returning home that the door has blown wide open while we are gone. We have had warrantee professionals from ThermaTru try to make adjustments to the latch, but the installation is too crooked for adjustments to work.
2. The windows we ordered were not the ones installed. They refused to make adjustments to reflect the cheaper product on our bill. We had to take it upon ourselves to figure out the difference from previous quotes. We then paid them in full, accordingly.
3. Ironclad didn't return as promised to finish painting the exterior trim the following spring.

Our gut told us might disappear without finishing the job, so we offered to pay half that winter and then in full once complete in the spring. They kept sending past due notices, so we succumbed and paid in full prior to them completing their work. Lesson learned the hard way here.

They did our roof, siding and replaced 4 windows. All 3 jobs were done perfectly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.
