IPM Construction - Roofing & Restoration

I want to sincerely commend IPM Construction & Restoration, especially Ken and John, for their prompt and professional warranty response regarding a roof leak I experienced earlier this year. In April, IPM assigned contractors to address the leak, documenting the process thoroughly with before and after pictures. However, despite their initial efforts, the strong winds and rain in June caused leaks again in the same area.

After a thorough inspection by local roofing experts Sam Lopez and Alejandro from Atlantis Construction, it was clear that the initial repairs lacked proper preventive maintenance, leaving vulnerable areas around the skylights exposed. Sam, who is also a certified home inspector, went beyond just addressing the leak by meticulously checking all roof penetrations to proactively identify and mitigate any additional risks that could lead to future leaks. Sam and Alejandro provided detailed before pictures of the faulty repairs, explained exactly what they found, and showed how they corrected the issues. They even provided a video demonstrating the completed high-quality work.

What impressed me most was how quickly IPM responded—dispatching workers who resolved the issue completely within two days, just before two consecutive heavy nights of rain. Since then, I have had no further leaks.
