Iowa Home Exteriors did a fantastic job when replacing the Windows in our house! Kevin was great to work with on deciding details of each window and giving us several options in our price range. The install crew was friendly, professional, detailed, and efficient in installing the windows. We had one window in particular that was tedious to replace but the guys did a great job with it. I highly recommend Iowa Home Exteriors for any size window replacement you may be considering.

We worked with them to replace all but two windows in our house and it was a very positive experience. I left 2 voice mails for Kevin and he finally called me back several weeks later. He came to do an estimate 2 months ago and I never heard from him again. Very disappointed and will not be working with this company again. I gave them 2 stars for the positive treatment we received years ago,

I would like to make people aware of the Notes in the contract including:
"#5. Because of vibration that can happen during the replacement process it is possible that you may experience nail pops in existing drywall, and in the case of plaster walls cracks may appear or weak spots may be knocked loose. In the case that any of these things may happen because of moisture that is or has been present and caused the wall to become susceptible to weakness. The installer's will take all necessary steps throughout the replacement process for this to be avoided but we cannot guarantee that it won't happen."
My project was a 14 window replacement for 23k. I chose the standard 2 -1/4" standard profile trim which was slightly smaller and did not have the extra corner bump outs the original trim in my Beaverdale home had. The gaps between the plaster wall and new trim were not filled in and I was told that I could hire somebody else to do it. Not the greatest customer service for 23k.
