Absolute disgraceful business behavior. Complete disgrace. They strung me along for a year pricing shingles, always feeding me some excuse as to why they would not commit to the project, I stuck with them far too long because I had heard they did good work. They kept my hopes up, making promises then breaking them. Finally after they had exhausted all patience, they gave me a price that was insultingly high blaming it on supply chain blah blah blah. The owner of this company somehow thinks this type of behavior is acceptable. It’s not. It’s cruel. It’s immoral. Nothing about it is okay. He was angry I confronted him about it. The nerve of me calling him out in his con artistry. When all else fails, always blame the customer. Works every single time for crappy organizations like Intermountain Roofing. Don’t trust them ! You will pay the price.
