Interlock Metal Roofing - Seattle

I’ve had 2 Interlock Metal Roofs and 2 different houses. One in 2003 and the roof still looks great - almost like new after 22 years!
The other, after we sold & moved to a new house in 2009 we went with Interlock again. The durability, warranty, and the good looks of the Interlock is why we paid the extra cost. It certainly paid off when we sold the old house - we had multiple bidders and the house went above asking - this in 2008 when real estate was not selling well. Here at the new house our neighbor was just over talking about roofs. He said it wanted to get a metal roof, and I said “yes, they are great. Our roof is metal”. He said “no way, that’s a composite roof isn’t it?” He couldn’t believe it could look so good, and still be metal - and he was 20 feet from it. Our other neighbor is on his second roof already - he could have paid for a metal roof and had triple the life left - and probably paid less! I highly recommend Interlock. Stellar installation service, great attention to detail, clear explanations, and careful aftercare. You can certainly find a cheaper roof, but you can’t beat the quality and longevity.

Definitely worth the wait. We got our estimate and signed on the dotted line in late August, then got our new roof in mid-November. I was a little concerned because we were now into the "rainy" season. I needn't have been. From start to finish the job was done professionally, efficiently, and they even coordinated with the satellite dish person who relocated our dish for us. I actually contacted Interlock and asked for a yard sign to be placed out front because I wanted all my neighbors to know about our beautiful new roof. First rate and I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Ross was great to work with and the roofing system looks incredible and will hopefully last a lifetime! The contractors were professional and did top-notch work. Hopefully I never have to use their lifetime warranty, but if I do, I'll be sure to update that here as well.

Damon is great, 5/5 on knowledge and personality. The installation crew was efficient and got our new roof on in less than a week!

To a person everybody in sales (Ross specifically) at Interlock Roofing was knowledgeable and professional. When we were evaluating our roofing alternatives, they took the time and energy to answer our many questions. Obviously, there are less expensive alternatives, and they did a good job explaining the differences between the various roofing and metal roofing options. Patrick and May were great at setting our expectations prior to installation. On the installation side I had a list of items for review prior to work being done. Tony the manager and Poval(sp) his crew lead made sure each of those items were addressed to our satisfaction. We have had the new roof for only 6 days and the roof looks amazing and our house looks much better.

Interlock did a great job communicating and the team sent to install the roof was professional and fast. The roofing system looks great after install and held up to some heavy rains afterwards with no issues.

Our new metal roof from Interlock was installed in June. It has kept our house cooler in the hot weather. The roof is beautiful and makes our house stand out. The Installers were professional, efficient and friendly. There was virtually no debris left in the garden or anywhere. We love our new roof and recommend Interlock to anyone looking for a new roof that will last a long time.

We loved the crew that installed our roof. They were quick and polite and very very tidy. We never found a single stray water bottle or can or chip bag. Well worth it. Plus, lifetime guarantee?!? Yes ma’am!

The interlock crew installed the slate cedar shingle roof on our house. The crew was flexible with the timeline of repainting the house and replacing the gutters. The project went relatively smoothly and quickly despite having to remove one section of the existing roof. Our old skylights were updated in the process and blend in well with the new roof. We had minor difficulties communicating with the installation crew about gutter preparation and some of the vents on the roof, but we were able to work through Tony to get them resolved. They did a good job cleaning up on the last day. The new roof updated the overall look of our house.

I was driving behind one of their vehicles and he was swerving all over the road hitting his brakes with no cars around him. Pulled up next to him and he was texting on his phone. I would not recommend hiring someone that can’t pay attention to the road. Imagine how bad at roofing this company could be.

I installed a new metal interlock roof on my home in Anacortes. A big part of the cost was removing the existing concrete tiles from my roof which are a challenge. From the beginning working with sales, Paul and Ross was a pleasure...very responsive and professional. The installion crew and project managers, Tony and Patrick were terrific to work with. There were a few complications due to the existing roof but the Interlock team worked with me to resolve those issues. The crew were punctual and the installation proceeded on schedule. The cleanup was immaculate. My main goal was NOT to see any further leaking in my lifetime and hopefully that will be achieved. The roof looks great. If you are in the market for a metal roof, I would certainly recommend Interlock.

I recently had my roof replaced by you’re firm. I have received multiple compliments as to how nice it looks and enhances the appearance of my home.
All of your employees have been top notch, honest and genuinely helpful. Ross, your salesman, was great. He did not pressure us. We felt that he had our best interest at heart. He pointed out the options and showed us ways that we could reduce the financial impact. The two installers were Ukrainian. I did not get their names but they were respectful and very business like. They took their job very seriously and worked sun up to sundown (10 + hours) for the three days they were here. I did not see them take a break during that time. Lastly, Renee in the office was charged with the task of reminding me of the payment schedule. She did so with a great attitude and friendliness.
Our experience was very positive. I would recommend your business to anyone looking for a new roof. Our job was accomplished with minimal interruption to our life. Our home was left pretty much as it was found except we have a new roof. I do not anticipate any problems for the next 50+ years.

Just a note of sincere appreciation and thanks to Patrick, Joe & the team. The lads finished off last Friday and I took a good look at final product this week. The replaced roof looks great and I could really tell that the crew took care this time - from their cardboard protection of brackets to just a tidy neat work-site at the end of each day, it was clearly evident that they knew their craft.

The workman that came to tear off the old roofing and the crew that came to install were great. Tony was so respectful at all times. He always wanted us to be satisfied, and he did everything he could to make everything perfect. We would have anyone of them back again at any time. Thank you Interlock.

I had the original roof of my home replaced with Interlock Metal Roofing in 2016 - now, years later, an addition abutting that original roof has been built - our GC arranged Interlock to participate in its completion, the Interlock crew directed by Patrick Hafey was early to the site, worked quickly and efficiently as a team and interlaced the same pattern metal roof to the original. It took less than a day and was much sooner than the estimator at Interlock predicted. My roof has always been since the first application sharper-looking and more durable than my neighbors' roofs - no asphalt granules, no torn shingle, has withstood intense heat and heavy snowstorms.

As this company continues to request that I post a "review", I decided to take the time to do so. Patrick Hafey, from Interlock, may wish he had not asked me to do so. We contracted with Interlock to have a major roofing job done in early 2022 (Main house/garage/guest house) with Interlock Slate Roofing. While the product appears to be very good and the installation itself was done well, the peripheral damage to our property was significant. In spite of us continuously reminding the crew that they need to cover/protect our newly installed gutters, they just tore the old roof off and slid/threw all the old roofing debris everywhere, off of all edges of the project. A brand new Leafguard gutter system was completely trashed/ruined by the crew tearing off the old roof. Additionally, the nails/debris caused by this tear off resulted in 3 tire punctures and multiple additional cleanup efforts by the owner. The crew worked fast but the quality of the prep work was terrible. This resulted in a disputed final payment and additional engagement with the Leafguard company for a bid to replace most of the newly installed gutter system. We were originally assured that Interlock crews know how to install correctly, specifically over Leafguard systems with no impact but this was absolutely not the case. Interlock then proposed that they arrange for a cheaper substitute to replace the gutters, which we had to dispute. All of this led to a huge delay in our other projects, costing us thousands of dollars. We still have not been able to have Leafguard reinstall/repair the damage even though Interlock reduced the final invoice by the amount estimated by Leafguard. All in all, great roofing system but pay close attention to the installation if you choose to go this route.

New roof looks great even tho I wasn't all that sure of the color. Work was done quickly with all they had to do. Workers were very polite.. Hopefully it will last as long or longer than the last one but 24 years isn't bad. Patrick Hafey was wonderful to work with and very helpful with suggestion of the color. Thanks to all of you.

We were looking for a longer more durable option for replacing our roof. Interlock has exceeded our expectations. The application is beautiful and the process was seamless. The roof is very beautiful. It matches my house perfectly. Workers were very informative and polite. The work was quick and excellent quality. Would highly recommend this company if you need a forever roof. I have never see a prettier roof!!!

We had a new metal interlock roof installed. During installation they had to repair the damage done because our previous asphalt roof had leaked. They performed the repair work and the installation admirably. They arrived on time, did the work expected, communicated with us at all times, kept the work site tidy, and were generally a fun crew. Both the sales people and the installation crews were great. No surprises and we love our new roof. We would recommend them to anyone.

My roof was old and leaking and I found out the original roof flashing around the chimney hadn’t been out on correctly so it had caused some damage. I did some research about metal roofing and, in particular, roofing that is secure in windy and rainy conditions.

Interlock had some great reviews. They also had financing options available, so I could make payments. As I am a single income household, that really helped me.

The install took longer than I was told to schedule, by a few months. When they did install, though, they came in and were done in less than two days! I was shocked.

We had snow after the install and it was so much more insulated. The snow just shed off the roof too, which scared me but it was sooo cool!

The neighbors love my roof and after I paint my trim and doors, I think it will look even more sharp:)
