Raman and his crew were great in every way. We needed rails for our deck because we now have a 1-year-old, and these people were more than happy to help us. I requested for a quote on a Thursday, and Raman came out on Tuesday and his team worked that Saturday. The quality and speed of work really impressed me; rightly so, lumber prices are so crazy nowadays (not the deck pro team's fault). Intercrus Decks didn't build the deck (it was done by the prior owners), but I would very much consider hiring this team for any future like projects. Thank you!
Raman and Alex were great to deal with. Raman thoroughly explained the various options, and within a day had a final quote for us. Watching Alex and his team construct the actual deck was a pleasure. Three people who knew what each of them had to do, all worked together like a charm. The end result was a product with immaculate finishing that we are enjoying very much. About three weeks later, we decided to add a lower level to our new deck. Raman was more than happy to explain how the lower deck would tie into the existing upper deck. Within less than two weeks, the work was completed, and the finished decks look so good. At that time, we were also looking for a fence to be replaced across the back of our yard, which was done simultaneously with the lower deck and looked very good. The feature that stands out on the new fence is the gate. Alex and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectionists in their work.
